2 ounces sloe gin
3/4 ounce fresh lemon juice
1/2 ounce simple syrup
1 to 3 ounces club soda (enough to fill)

Steps:

Gather the ingredients.
Pour the sloe gin, lemon juice, and simple syrup into a cocktail shaker filled with ice.
Shake well .
Strain into a highball glass filled with ice.
Top with soda.
Serve and enjoy.

4 ounces dry Prosecco or other sparkling white wine
1 ounce sloe gin
Club soda
Blueberries and a sprig of mint

Steps:

Pour 4 ounces dry Prosecco or other sparkling white wine into an ice-filled large wine or rocks glass. Add 1 ounce sloe gin and top off with club soda. Gently stir together; garnish with blueberries and a sprig of mint.
