- In a large soup kettle, cook turkey and onions in oil over medium heat until turkey is no longer pink; drain. Add the potatoes, carrots, cabbage, broth, mustard, horseradish, salt and pepper; bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 15-20 minutes or until potatoes are tender, stirring occasionally., Combine cornstarch and cold water until smooth; gradually stir into soup. Bring to a boil; cook and stir for 2 minutes or until slightly thickened.

Steps:
- In a medium pot, cook the onion in oil over medium heat, until it just starts to brown (about 5 minutes).
- Add the garlic and ginger, and cook for another minute.
- Then add the ground turkey and cook, breaking it up into pieces, until just cooked through and starting to turn golden.
- At this point, add the soy sauce, sriracha, carrots, cabbage, and veggie broth. Stir, cover with a lid, and cook for about 25 minutes.
- Lastly, add in sesame oil and chives. Stir, turn off the heat, and serve.

- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Grease covered casserole dish.
- Cut cabbage into large pieces and place in casserole dish.
- Brown turkey and onion.
- Add rice to turkey and stir.
- Salt and pepper to taste.
- Put turkey mixture over cabbage.
- Add tomato soup, water, and stewed tomatoes.
- Bake (covered) for 30 to 45 minutes until rice and cabbage are tender.

A great way to not waste a single bite of turkey. This is a delicious soup and one of my favorites. If you want to freeze some, leave out the potatoes.

Steps:
- Place the turkey carcass into a large soup pot or stock pot and pour in the water; bring to a boil, reduce heat to a simmer, and cook the turkey frame until the remaining meat falls off the bones, about 1 hour. Remove the turkey carcass and remove and chop any remaining turkey meat. Chop the meat.
- Strain the broth through a fine mesh strainer into a clean soup pot. Add the chopped turkey to the strained broth; bring the to a boil, reduce heat, and stir in the potatoes, carrots, celery, onion, cabbage, tomatoes, barley, Worcestershire sauce, salt, parsley, basil, bay leaf, black pepper, paprika, poultry seasoning, and thyme. Simmer until the vegetables are tender, about 1 more hour. Remove bay leaf before serving.

- Peel and dice onion. Trim celery ribs and dice. Peel carrots and dice. Measure 1 cup of each. Core cabbage and cut into shreds. Trim mushroom stems and slice into 1/4" pieces. Cube leftover (boneless, skinless) turkey meat.
- Heat a large soup pot over medium heat. Once hot, add oil along with diced onion, celery, carrot, fresh thyme and a pinch of salt. Cook 8 to 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until vegetables begin to soften and onion is aromatic.
- Add turmeric, salt, pepper, shredded cabbage and mushrooms and stir to coat. Cook 5 to 6 minutes, stirring occasionally, until cabbage and mushrooms begin to reduce.
- Add Pacific Foods Organic Bone Broth Turkey, bay leaf and handful of parsley. Bring to a boil. Once boiling, immediately reduce heat to a simmer, add cubed turkey, cover and simmer on low for 15 minutes.
