FAMOUS FUDGE

Steps:

• line 8 inch square baking pan with foil.
• Combine sugar,evaporated milk,butter and salt in medium saucepan.
• Bring to a full rolling boil over medium heat, stirring constantly.
• Boil, stirring constantly, for 4 to 5 minutes.
• Remove from heat.
• Stir in marshmallows,morsels,vanilla extract and nuts, if desired.
• Stir vigorously for 1 minute or until marshmallows are melted.
• Pour into prepared baking pan: refrigerate for 2 hours or until firm.
• Lift from pan: remove foil.
• Cut into pieces For MILK CHOCOLATE FUDGE: Substitute 1 3/4 cups (11. 5 oz pkg) milk chocolate morsels for semi-sweet morsels For BUTTERSCOTCH FUDGE: Substitute 1 2/3 cups (11 oz pkg) butterscotch-flavored morsels for semi-sweet morsels.
• For PEANUTTY CHOCOLATE FUDGE: Substitute 1 2/3 cups (11 oz pkg) peanut butter and milk chocolate morsels for semi-sweet morsels and 1/2 cup chopped peanuts for pecans or walnuts.

FUDGE

Steps:

• Place chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, and butter or margarine in large microwaveable bowl. Zap in microwave on medium until chips are melted, about 3-5 minute, stirring once or twice during cooking. Stir in nuts, if desired.
• Pour into well-greased 8x8-inch glass baking dish. Refrigerate until set.

SAMMY'S FAMOUS FUDGE (FOR KIDZ)

Steps:

• Line an 8x8x2 square baking pan with wax paper.
• In a large mixing bowl stir together powdered sugar and cocoa powder and set aside.
• In a small sauce pan stir together dry milk powder and water.
• Stir until powder is dissolved.
• Add 1/2 cup butter or magarine and cook over medium heat.
• Cook until mixture boils while continuing to stir.
• After mixture boils, pour it into the mixing bowl with powdered sugar and cocoa and stir until smooth.
• Add chopped nuts and stir until combined.
• Pour fudge mixture into prepared pan and spread mixture evenly.
• Chill fudge for at least 4 hours or until firm.

ELISA'S FAMOUS FUDGE

Steps:

• Line an 8-inch square dish with foil.
• In a heavy saucepan over medium heat, combine sugar, evaporated milk, butter and salt. Bring to a boil and let roll 5 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in marshmallow creme, chocolate chips, butterscotch chips, pecans and vanilla. Continue stirring until marshmallow creme is melted and all ingredients are thoroughly combined. Pour into prepared dish.
• Refrigerate for 2 hours, until firm. Lift from dish, remove foil, and cut into pieces.
