EASY FRAPPE RECIPE
This easy Frappe recipe is made with instant coffee, water, sugar and milk, and served over ice to keep your thirst quenched all summer long!

Steps:
- Place all ingredients in the blender and blend until smooth and frothy.
- Adjust flavor to your tastes and pour into a glass and serve (the froth will rise to the top as it sits).
- Add water, cream, sugar and coffee to a 500ml jar and shake until coffee is dissolved and mixture is frothy.
- Pour over ice and serve (the froth will rise to the top as it sits).

- Combine ice, milk, coffee, 2 tablespoons caramel topping, vanilla extract, and sucralose sweetener in a blender. Pulse until ice is crushed to a smooth and thick consistency. Pour into a mug or tall glass; decorate with whipped topping. Drizzle 1 tablespoon caramel syrup on top.

- Pour the coffee into a blender with the milk and two or three handfuls of ice. Add as much sugar syrup as you like, starting with a small amount - you can always stir more in at the end if you'd like it sweeter.
- Blend until foamy and the ice is broken into slush. Pour into a glass and add a scoop of ice cream or some whipped cream, if you like.

- In a medium-sized bowl or bowl of the food processor* whisk together flour, sugar, salt and baking powder, add the egg, egg yolk and butter, combine until the dough is almost combined. If making by hand then use a fork to combine.
- Remove from the bowl/food processor place on lightly floured flat surface and knead to form a smooth compact dough (it should not be sticky). Wrap the dough in plastic and chill for 30 minutes in the fridge.
- Remove from fridge and taking 1/4 of the dough at a time roll into a very thin rectangle or square, cut into approximately 2-3 inch sizes and fry in a pot of hot vegetable oil (approximately 2-3 inches (5-8 cm) of oil, temperature must reach 340-350F (170-175C) and try to stay at this temperature or they could burn). Fry until golden turning the frappe over while frying. Remove to drain and cool on a plate lined with paper towels. Sprinkle with powdered sugar or drizzle with melted chocolate. Enjoy!
