ROSE SANGRIA
Steps:
- Combine the rose, pomegranate juice, lemon juice, sugar, Grand Marnier, Cognac, 1 cup of water, and 1 cup of ice in a large glass pitcher. Stir in the raspberries, strawberries, and plums, cover, and refrigerate for at least 2 hours but preferably overnight.
- When ready to serve, fill wine goblets or highball glasses halfway with ice. Pour the sangria over the ice, spooning some of the macerated fruit into each glass. Serve ice cold.

Steps:
- Mix first 5 ingredients in a large pitcher.
- Save out some of the orange slices (about 12) for garnishing and add the remaining slices to pitcher.
- Cover and chill for at least 6 hours, but preferrably overnight.
- Fill glasses with ice, pour sangria over, garnish with remaining orange slices, and serve.
ROSE SANGRIA
Steps:
- Mix the wine, liqueur and sugar in a pitcher, stirring to dissolve the sugar, then add the fruit.
- Refrigerate at least 1 hour and up to 1 day.
- Add the seltzer just before serving.

Usually Sangria is made with burgandy but the rose in this recipe gives it a nice pink color. If you want more kick, add in some light rum. Prep time is actually refrigeration time (overnight)

- Cut pineapple into 3/4 " pieces, cut oranges into slices.
- Set aside 2 orange slices
- Put all ingredients into a large glass pitcher.
- Let chill in the refrigerator overnight.
- Fill tumblers with ice pour sangria over the ice and garnish with orange slices.

- Chop the orange (leaving the skin on). Slice the strawberries. Add both to the bottom of a pitcher, sprinkle with sugar and stir. Let them stand for 20 minutes at room temperature.
- After 20 minutes, pour in the rosé wine and brandy. Add the fresh mint and lemon rounds. Stir and refrigerate 1 to 4 hours. (Don’t go beyond 4 hours or the fruit texture starts to degrade.)
