HEALTHY SUGAR-FREE FUDGY DARK CHOCOLATE BROWNIES
These simple brownies are perfect for any chocoholic! They taste like a cross between brownies and fudge, with a flavor similar to 75% dark chocolate. They'll keep for at least one week if stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator, and the freeze really well, too!

Steps:
- Preheat the oven to 300°F, and lightly coat an 8"-square baking pan with nonstick cooking spray.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt. In a separate bowl, whisk together the butter, egg whites, vanilla, and vanilla stevia. Stir in the Greek yogurt, mixing until no large lumps remain. Stir in the milk. Add in the flour mixture, stirring just until incorporated.
- Spread the batter into the prepared pan. Bake at 300°F for 13-16 minutes. Cool completely to room temperature in the pan, and let the brownies sit for at least 6 hours at room temperature for the fudgiest texture before serving.

RICH AND CHEWY LOW FAT BROWNIES
Amazingly rich and chewy, you would never know these are low fat. I have people asking me for this recipe whenever I make it. The applesauce is the secret ingredient in these delicious brownies! One suggestion I have to make them fudgier is to use a very high quality cocoa. I usually use Watkins or Epicure Selections and found a big difference from that and the kind you can buy in the store. It makes them a real dark chocolate in the middle and they are rich and chewy! This recipe also doubles well and will fit into a 9x13 pan.

RICH FUDGE BROWNIES (NO OIL)
This is about the fudgiest, heaviest brownie I've ever baked. I'm not too much a fan of the light, cakey brownie, so this one hits the spot.

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- Use baking spray on a Baker's Edge pan or 9 x 13 pan. (Don't try to make this in a smaller pan unless you half the recipe -- it's a lot of batter.).
- I usually don't use a mixer on brownie batters, but this one comes out thick. So, mix the butter sugar and vanilla on low speed until creamy.
- Beat in each egg separately until well blended.
- Whisk together the flour, cocoa and salt in another bowl.
- Mix the flour mix with the butter/egg mix until well blended.
- Stir in the chocolate chips.
- Spread into the prepared pan and bake for 40 minutes.
- A toothpick will not come out clean until this is basically a brick, so don't use that test. If it comes out with crumbly bits on it rather than wet slime, it's done.

RICH CHOCOLATEY FUDGE BROWNIES
These brownies are so incredibly moist and rich but they still have little to no fat. Whenever I make them at my house, they're usually gone within a day or two. They can be cooked in almost any metal pan as long as the batter doesn't go any higher than 2/3s of the way up the sides but I usually use a 9 x 13 pan. They're great alone but taste even better reheated in the microwave for a few seconds with a dollop of whipped cream on the side.
