Oh hail ye mighty Reynolds Wrap! (We love this one from the Reynolds company) We have made these in the oven also and gotten great results. :)

Steps:
- Preheat Grill to medium. Lay 2 sheets (18"x24" each) Heavy Duty Reynolds Wrap aluminum foil on counter. Center half the ribs in a single layer on each sheet of foil.
- Combine sugar and seasonings, rub over ribs. Bring up foil sides. Double fold top and one end to seal packet.
- Pour in 1/4 cup water. Double fold remaining end, leaving room for heat circulation inside. Repeat to make two packets. Grill 45-60 minutes in covered grill.
- Remove foil, place ribs on grill. Brush ribs with your favorite barbeque sauce. Continue grilling, 10-15 minute Brushing with sauce and turning every 5 minutes.
- OVEN: Make packets as directed. Preheat oven to 320°F Place on a cookie sheet and bake for 2 hours Slice open tops of packages (watch for steam) and brush sauce on. Place back in oven for 15 minutes.
TEXAS FOIL WRAPPED CHICKEN THIGHS #RSC
Ready, Set, Cook! Reynolds Wrap Contest Entry. A Texan spin on the dark meat of the chicken thigh. The dark meat is just juicer to me and I love the ingredients that go with it! Plus it's super easy in the foil pack!

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
- Squeeze the juice from 4 limes. Chop 1 bunch of cilantro and the 2 jalapenos, if using. Put them in a zip lock bag along with the boneless, skinless chicken thighs. Marinate for at least 2 hours.
- Meanwhile, fry the bacon strips until crispy and set aside to drain and cool. Once cooled, crumble them and set aside. Also, go ahead and take the corn off of the cobs (it will be one cob per foil pack) and chop the remaining bunch of cilantro.
- After the chicken has marinated, take it out sprinkle with salt and pepper and set it aside. Take 1 sheet of Reynold's Wrap aluminum foil place the corn of one cob, then a heaping Tablespoon of black beans, 1/4 of the chopped cilantro, a sprinkle of the bacon, one piece of chicken, a sprinkle of Monterrey Jack cheese, then end with the juice of 1/2 a lime over it all.
- Wrap it up by bringing up the sides and folding it over twice. Place on cookie sheet in case the juices run out! Repeat with the remaining three pieces of chicken.
- Place it in the oven for 20-25 minutes.

HOBO BACON BURGER DINNERS #RSC
Ready, Set, Cook! Reynolds Wrap Contest Entry. Each hobo dinner pouch contains a seasoned bacon burger, potatoes, carrots, red onion, bell peppers, and zucchini--all wrapped up in a sheet of Reynolds Wrap foil and oven-roasted until golden brown. Throughout this recipe, the foil is key to getting the right texture and flavor. With these flavorful ingredients and cooking method, your hobos will be eating good!

- Tear off and set aside 6 12-inch square pieces of Reynold's Wrap foil to serve as your hobo dinner pouches. Also line a large baking dish or tray with a sheet of foil for easy clean up of any drips.
- Chop vegetables into bite-size pieces and lightly cover with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Mince garlic. Cover with salt and smash with blade of knife until forms a garlic-salt paste.
- Mix into ground beef: garlic salt paste, pepper, olive oil, and yellow mustard. Stir until mixed well.
- Form meat into 6 portions 1/4 lb. each and smash into thick burger patties on the foil sheets. Wrap a piece of bacon around each one.
- Place vegetables with bacon burgers and fold the foil corners up to enclose the food in foil pouches.
- Place foil pouches on foil lined baking pan and bake in oven @ 400 degrees for 30 minutes. You'll next drain out excess liquid from the vegetables then return to cook uncovered for another 15 minutes. This will allow vegetables to brown and onions to caramelize.
- Drain water from vegetables by opening one side of each foil pouch, form it into the shape of a spout, and pour out the excess liquid by tilting them over a sink. The foil works great for this step because the tips of the foil at the top of the pouches cool off in seconds and you can hold onto them to drain out the liquid.
- Open the pouches so food is uncovered and return to oven to continue cooking for 15 minutes. If you would like vegetables more browned and bacon crisper, also broil them on high 6 inches from heat for 2-3 minutes.
- These hobo bacon burger dinners are great for eating on the go. The dinners can be stored in the fridge right in the same foil packs they cook in and can be easily transported for picnics and other events. They are also versatile with cooking; prepare the foil packs for cooking ahead of time and then throw them on a grill at a barbeque cookout or tailgate party.
- Your hobos will be eating good!

- First use a slicer to slice your potatoes into chip size slices, along with your onion and bell pepper.
- tear off squares of foil which you can wrap around a large potatoe.
- arrange all ingredients in a row so everything is in place where you can go down the line and add items to you foil packets.
- 1 tbs of butter will go on the bottom of the foil.
- lay the potatoes on top of the butter (about 1 whole potatoe's worth).
- then add onion and bell pepper slices both needs to be broken out in 1/4's.
- sprinkle with salt and pepper.
- add 1 tbs of butter to the top of the veggies.
- 1 tablespoons of garlic needs to go on each packet as well.
- wrap the foil packets with two pieces of foil and place on the grill.
