Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F, & butter a 9" square baking dish.
- Spread half the apple slices in the baking dish.
- Combine mincemeat, nuts, dates & chocolate chips, then spread mixture over apples.
- Pour cranberry juice over the mincemeat layer, then cover that with the remaining apple slices.
- In a bowl, combine brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, salt & butter, mixing with fingertips until crumbly.
- Sprinkle over apples in baking dish.
- Bake 55-60 minutes, or until apples are tender.
- Serve warm with whipped cream or ice cream.

CRESCENT APPLE DESSERT
Quick, and very tasty. Made with crescent rolls and apples. A friend of mine served this at a pic nic and it was a huge hit.

Steps:
- Peel apple and cut into 8 slices.
- Melt butter and sugar.
- Add mountain dew and whiskey.
- Wrap 1 slice of apple in each crescent roll.
- Place in an 9 X 14 casserole dish.
- Pour sauce over rolls.
- Bake at 350 for 35-40 minutes.
- Enjoy.

Steps:
- Peel and dice the apples.
- Cook diced apples in a pan over low heat for ten minutes with the sugar, lemon peel, vanilla and white wine. Then, add the jam and carefully remove the lemon peel.
- Whisk until creamy.
- Cut 4 slices of soft white bread on the diagonal to make 8 triangles.
- Use a butter knife to butter one side of the bread. Line the bottom of a cake pan (with the buttered side of the triangles facing down). Then do the same for the sides.
- Fill the cake pan with the applesauce and cover with the remaining bread, buttered side up.
- Bake in a 350° F oven for about 30 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and serve.

CRESCENT ROLL APPLE DESSERT
My mother got this recipe from some ladies at her church. It's a quick and convenient dessert. When I take this to church dinners it's always consumed.

Steps:
- Preheat oven at 350 degrees.
- Slice each apple into four pieces; you will have a total of 16 pieces.
- Roll an applie piece in each crescent roll starting at the wide end of the crescent roll.
- Place in baking pan with the seam side down.
- Pour orange juice in the pan.
- Melt butter in a bowl.
- Add butter to dish.
- Put the cup of sugar evenly over tops of apples that are wrapped in crescent rolls.
- Sprinkle cinnamon lightly on tops.
- Bke until crescent rolls are lightly browned about 45-60 minutes.

- Core the apple, then dice into small chunks.
- Mix apple, graham cracker, oatmeal, brown sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg in microwave safe container.
- Pour apple cider over the top.
- Microwave on high for 40-70 seconds (50 should work for the average microwave).
- Serve in cute little mugs.
