These are not P.B. cookies with choc. chips, or chocolate cookies with P.B. chips. These are the original Reese's P.B. chip cookies that they used to print on the back of the bag. They don't print this recipe anymore, but it has been my favorite since childhood. They are a traditional cookie with P.B. chips...Delicious! A great alternative to choc. chip cookies for those who don't like chocolate or want something different.

3/4 cup butter or 1 cup shortening
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup light brown sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 eggs
2 cups unsifted flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
reese's peanut butter chips (amount of your preference)

Steps:

  • Cream butter (or shortening), sugars, and vanilla until light and fluffy.
  • Add eggs and beat well.
  • Combine flour and baking soda.
  • Add to batter and mix well.
  • Stir in chips.
  • Place by teaspoon fulls onto ungreased cookie sheet.
  • Bake 350°F for 10-12 minutes.

My best friend's mom made these when we were kids. They are the best cookies I have ever eaten, and I have yet to screw up a batch! Warning: you may be tempted to eat the entire recipe!!

1 cup butter
1 ½ cups white sugar
2 eggs
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
2 cups all-purpose flour
⅔ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
¾ teaspoon baking soda
½ teaspoon salt
2 cups peanut butter chips

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease cookie sheets.
  • In a medium bowl, cream together the butter and sugar. Stir in the eggs and vanilla. Combine the flour, cocoa, baking soda and salt, stir into the creamed mixture. Finally, fold in the peanut butter chips. Drop cookies by heaping teaspoonfuls onto the prepared cookie sheets.
  • Bake for 8 to 10 minutes in the preheated oven, until set. Cool on wire racks.

Best Ever Reese's Peanut Butter Cookies recipe made with a full cup of peanut butter! We added chocolate chips plus peanut butter chips & Reese's Pieces to our favorite peanut butter cookie recipe to get the ULTIMATE chocolate peanut butter cookies!

1 cup peanut butter
1/2 cup + 2 TBSP butter (softened)
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 egg
1/4 cup milk
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 1/2 cups flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
2 cups combined chocolate chips/ Reese's

Steps:

  • With a hand mixer, cream together the peanut butter, butter, white sugar and brown sugar until blended.
  • Beat in the egg, milk, and vanilla.
  • Combine the flour, baking powder and salt in a separate bowl.
  • Add flour mixture to the peanut butter mixture and mix together. Stir in whatever mix of chocolate chips, peanut butter chips, mini Reese's pieces and regular Reese's Pieces you'd like! I used about 1/2 cup of each, reserving some of the Reese's Pieces for the top of the cookies.
  • Scoop tablespoonfuls of dough and roll into balls.
  • Place cookies 2 inches apart on parchment lined cookie sheets. Press additional Reese's Pieces onto each cookie dough ball.
  • Bake for 8-10 minutes at 375. Don't overcook! These cookies are much better soft and just barely cooked all the way through. I baked the cookies scooped with the medium 1.5 TBSP scoop for 8 minutes and the 3 TBSP cookies for 10 minutes.

3/4 cup creamy peanut butter (212 grams)
1/2 cup salted butter (4 ounces, room temperature)
1 cup packed dark brown sugar (200 grams)
1/2 teaspoon baking soda (3 grams)
1/2 teaspoon baking powder (2 grams)
1 large egg
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla (6 grams)
1 1/4 cup all-purpose flour (163 grams)
2 cups quartered miniature Reese's peanut butter cups (295 grams)
1/2 cup mini chocolate chips (86 grams)
1/3 cup chocolate chips (for drizzling, optional)

Steps:

  • Preheat the oven to 375ºF.
  • In a stand mixer, beat the peanut butter and butter until well blended.
  • Beat in the sugar, baking powder and baking soda.
  • Then beat in the egg and the vanilla.
  • Add in the flour and mix just until combined.
  • Stir in the peanut butter cups and mini chocolate chips.
  • Scoop a 1 1/2" cookie scoop to scoop cookie dough balls that are 1 1/2" thick (about 58 grams) onto parchment or silicone mat lined cookie sheets.
  • Press down lightly with a glass that has been dipped in sugar. These cookies will not spread much at all, so we press them slightly so they have a nice shape.
  • Bake for 10 minutes. Do not overbake.
  • Allow the cookies to cool on the baking sheet for 3-5 minutes. Then move them to a wire rack to cool completely.
  • If you'd like a chocolate drizzle on top, microwave the chocolate chips in a bowl for 30 seconds. Stir the chocolate chips, then microwave again in 10 second increments, stirring in between each interval, until the chocolate is melted.
  • Use a spoon to drizzle the melted chocolate over the baked cookies.
  • Allow the chocolate drizzle to dry completely and then store the cookies in an airtight container.

1 cup Almond Breeze Almondmilk Cashewmilk Blend
⅓ cup creamy peanut butter (I used Skippy Naturals)

1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup Reese's peanut butter chips
1 cup mini semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 ½ cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
6 tablespoons creamy peanut butter
20 miniature Reese's peanut butter cups (coarsely chopped)

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350F.
  • Grease and flour a 12-cup bundt pan. Set aside.
  • Beat cake mix, milk, peanut butter, eggs, and vanilla together in a mixing bowl until thoroughly combined.
  • Stir in peanut butter chips and mini chocolate chips.
  • Pour into the prepared bundt pan and bake for 45 to 55 minutes or until an inserted toothpick comes out clean.
  • Let cool in pan for 15 minutes. Gently invert onto a cooling rack or plate and let finish cooling for several hours.
  • Once the cake has cooled, prepare the glaze.
