REESE'S CUP PEANUT BUTTER BANANA BREAD
Super moist banana bread made with peanut butter and Reese's cups. You'll love every last bite.

- Preheat oven to 350ºF. Whisk together the bananas, sugar, egg, oil, peanut butter, and vanilla until smooth. In a separate bowl, mix together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt. Fold the dry ingredients into the wet and just mix until batter forms. Gently fold in the chocolate chips and peanut butter cups, careful to not overmix. Line a 9x5 loaf pan with foil or parchment and lightly spray with non-stick cooking spray. Pour the batter into the prepared pan. Bake for 55 minutes (start checking for done-ness at 45 minutes, cover the top with foil at that point if needed to prevent over-browning). Let cool before slicing.

- Heat oven to 350°F. Grease a 10"x5" loaf pan. Set aside.
- In a large bowl, place cake mix, water, butter, bananas, and eggs. With an electric mixer, beat on low for 30 seconds, then turn up to medium and beat for 2 minutes. Stir in peanut butter cups (reserving a handful to sprinkle on top). Then stir in chocolate chips.
- Pour batter into prepared loaf pan. Sprinkled reserved peanut butter cups on top. Bake 45-55 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into middle of bread comes out clean. Let cool.
- Slice and serve. Store covered at room temperature for 2 days or in the refrigerator for 5-7 days.

- 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees; spray two 9×5" loaf pans with cooking spray. In a large bowl, whisk together 2 ¾ cups of the flour, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon; set aside.
- 2. Fit a stand mixer with the paddle attachment. Beat the bananas, peanut butter, sour cream, eggs, oil, brown sugar and vanilla until well blended, about 2 minutes. Spoon the flour mixture into the banana mixture and beat on low speed until just blended. Toss the peanut butter cups in the remaining ¼ cup flour (to help prevent sinking) and stir into the batter along with the chopped dark chocolate.
- 3. Divide the batter evenly between the two loaf pans. Bake for 50 to 55 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Cool for 10 minutes before removing from pans. Cool completely on a wire rack before slicing.

Banana bread just got a serious upgrade with my Peanut Butter Cup Banana Bread recipe. This banana bread is moist, dense, and filled with mini peanut butter cups!

- Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a 9 x 5- inch loaf pan with parchment paper and coat with nonstick spray. Set aside.
- In a large bowl whisk together the flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt, set aside.
- In another large bowl mix together the bananas, peanut butter, oil, egg, and sugar.
- Pour the dry ingredients into your wet ingredients and stir until just combined. Batter will be lumpy.
- Stir in the peanut butter cups and spread batter into prepared pan.
- Bake for 55 - 60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into center comes out clean.
- Let the bread cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.

REESE'S PEANUT BUTTER CUPS
Steps:
- In a small bowl, mix the peanut butter, salt and powdered sugar until firm. Slowly melt the chocolate chips in a double boiler over hot, not boiling, water. You may also melt them in a microwave oven set on high for 2 minutes, stirring halfway through the heating time. Grease the muffin tin cups and spoon some chocolate into each cup, filling halfway. With a spoon, draw the chocolate up the edges of each cup until all sides are coated. Cool in the refrigerator until firm. Spread some of the peanut butter onto the chocolate in each cup, leaving room for the final chocolate layer. Cool the cups again to firm up the peanut butter. Pour some chocolate onto the top of each candy and spread it to the edges. Let sit at room temperature, or covered in the refrigerator. Turn out of the pan when firm.

- Preheat oven to 350.
- Grease 9x5 inch loaf pan with butter or shortening.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt and set aside.
- In a large bowl, stir together your bananas, peanut butter, oil, egg, and sugars.
- Pour your dry ingredients into your wet ingredients and stir just until combined. Batter will be lumpy but try not to over mix or it will change the texture.
- Gently fold in the peanut butter cups and spread batter into prepared pan.
- Bake for approximately an hour or until toothpick inserted into center comes out clean. Keep an eye on the bread. If it browns too fast on top, lower the temperature to 325 and loosely cover with foil.
- Let cool in pan for 10 to 15 minutes, then loosen the edges of the pan with a knife and remove from loaf pan, transferring bread to a cooling rack to cool completely before cutting.

This is the very best banana bread I have ever tasted! I took the recipe from a foodie blog http://thehungrydudes.com/reeces-pieces-chocolate-chip-banana-bread and the only difference I made is that I couldn't find mini reese's pieces so I used their peanut butter chips instead.

- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Line loaf pan with foil (makes clean up much easier).
- In a bowl combine flour, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
- In a separate bowl, cream together butter and brown sugar.
- Stir in eggs, vanilla, and mashed bananas until well blended.
- Stir chips into wet mixture.
- Stir banana mixture into flour mixture; stir by hand until it is mostly mixed. (This is important. Do not over-mix, or it will be dry and rubbery! It's ok to see flour spots here and there in the batter.).
- Pour batter into loaf pan. Bake in oven for about 45 minutes (I only have one loaf pan so cooking time might vary if cooking two loaves at once).
- Let bread cool for about 10 minutes, then remove from pan and let cool on wire rack.
