CHINESE PASTA SALAD WITH CREAMY GINGER DRESSING
I just 'adopted' this recipe from the 'orphaned' recipe list - will be making and tweaking this soon. Sounds like a lovely recipe.

Steps:
- Mix the marinade ingredients in a small bowl and add shrimp.
- Blanch the noodles, rinse under cool water and sprinkle with sesame seed oil, toss, and set aside. (You may want to trim noodles with scissors to about 4 inches in length, to make serving easier.) Blanch whole snow peas and set aside.
- Heat wok, add 1 tablespoon oil, when oil is hot, add shrimp and stir-fry until pink; set aside.
- DRESSING: In a blender or food processor, mix ginger, garlic, egg yolk, egg white, and lemon.
- Slowly drizzle in oil.
- Mix in soy and cream; set aside.
- Toss noodles, shrimps, and snow peas.
- Mix in dressing to taste.
- Garnish with scallions and coriander.
- Serve at room temperature.

Steps:
- Note: Cook the pasta & shrimp before starting on the salad.
- Mix the ingredients together for the dressing & set aside.
- Bring the water to a boil the add the vegetables (besides the pepper). Cook for 2 minutes or until tender-crisp. Immediately run under cold water to stop cooking.
- Cover with ice water & let stand for 5 minutes. Drain & combine with pasta, shrimp, & red pepper.
- Toss the salad with the dressing then top with green onions.

Steps:
- Cook the pasta until it is Al Dente (follow directions on the box), drain and place in a mixing bowl.
- Add the shrimp, diced tomatoes, and green onions to the pasta while it is still hot. Pour in a little bit of the Italian dressing, sprinkle in some salt, and mix gently to combine the ingredients.
- Repeat another layer of Italian dressing and salt as desired, and mix the ingredients gently.
- Chill in the refrigerator for 5 minutes before serving.

Steps:
- In a large pot, boil water for pasta.
- Add salt and film the top of the water with Vegetable Oil When the water starts boiling, add the pasta.
- Stir.
- In a saute' pan, heat the butter and olive oil together.
- Add the red pepper flakes (more or less to taste) Toast the pepper flakes until sizzling.
- Add shrimp and toss to coat.
- Add white wine, lower to simmer for 5 minutes.
- When pasta is done, drain and add to saute pan.
- Toss, season to taste with salt and pepper.
- Garnish with grated Parmesan cheese.
