EASY 3-INGREDIENT CHEESE PINWHEELS
This is my go-to finger food for any party - it's super quick and easy to make and all you need is puff pastry, cheese, and herbed cream cheese.

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Dust a flat work surface lightly with flour. Unroll puff pastry and roll out to a rectangle. Spread a thin layer of herbed cream cheese over the puff pastry. Cover with Swiss cheese slices, leaving a 1-inch border. Roll puff pastry up tightly like a jelly roll.
- Slice puff pastry roll in 1/4-inch-thick slices and lay on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake in the preheated oven on the center rack until lightly browned and puffed up, 15 to 20 minutes.

Steps:
- Heat oven to 375°F Lightly spray cooking sheet with non stick cooking spray.
- In small bowl mix all cheeses and mayo until well blended and soft.
- Separate dough into 2 long rectangles: press perforations to seal.
- Spread cheese mixture evenly over rectangles.
- Starting at short sides: roll up each: pinch edges to seal.
- Cut each roll into 8 slices.
- Place, cut side down, on cookie sheet.
- Sprinkle with parsley.
- Bake 12 to 15 mins or until golden brown.
- Immediately remove from cookie sheet.
- Enjoy!

- In a small bowl, mix cheese and sage. Unfold puff pastry; cut each in half crosswise. Top each half with prosciutto and cheese mixture to within 1/2 inch of edges; roll up jelly-roll style, starting with a long side. Wrap tightly in waxed paper; refrigerate at least 3 hours or overnight., Preheat oven to 400°. Unwrap and cut each roll crosswise into sixteen 1/2-inch slices. Place cut side down on greased baking sheets. Bake 14-16 minutes or until golden brown., To Make Ahead: Rolls can be made 2 days in advance. Wrap rolls in waxed paper and place in a container; close tightly and store in the refrigerator.
