SLOW COOKER MEATLOAF
Old-fashioned meatloaf made with saltine crackers cooked in the slow cooker.

Steps:
- In a large bowl, add the eggs ,onion, bell pepper, ketchup, milk, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Crush the saltine crackers in next, and mix this all together with clean hands. Add the meat next, only mixing everything until it just comes together.
- Spray a 6-quart slow cooker with non-stick spray, and shape the meat into a loaf on the bottom of the slow cooker. Your meatloaf should hold into a loaf form without falling apart. Add more crushed saltines if the mixture seems too wet.
- Cover, and cook on LOW for 5-6 hours, without opening the lid during cooking time.
- Scoop out the fat with a spoon, discard.
- Mix together the sauce ingredients, and spoon over meatloaf.
- Cover and cook for 30 more minutes on LOW if you want the sauce heated. Serve and enjoy!

CROCK-POT MEATLOAF

Steps:
- Mix all ingredients in a large bowl.
- Form into a meatloaf shape that will fit into your crock pot.
- Put foil under the meatloaf in crock pot.
- Cut it long enough to cover the bottom and sides of meatloaf.
- Place meat loaf in crock pot and top with an additional 3-4 tablespoons ketchup.
- Cover and cook on high for 2-2 1/2 hours.
- I served this with roasted potatoes with parmesan and herbs!
MAGIC CROCK POT MEATLOAF
This recipe came with my Rival crock pot. The meat loaf is very moist and tender on the inside and a little bit crunchy around the outer edges. I cook mine on low for 9 hours.

- 1. Mix all ingredients (except Bacon). 2. Place in crock pot. 3. Layer Bacon on top. 4. Cover and cook on low 8-10 hours.

- Combine eggs, milk, bread crumbs, onion, salt, sage, and mushrooms in a large bowl. Crumble ground beef over mixture and stir well to combine. Shape into a round loaf; place in a 5-quart slow cooker. Cover and cook on Low until a meat thermometer reads 160 degrees F (71 degrees C), 5 to 6 hours.
- Whisk ketchup, brown sugar, mustard, and Worcestershire sauce in a small bowl; spoon sauce over meat loaf. Return to slow cooker and cook on Low until heated through, about 15 minutes. Let stand 10 minutes before cutting.

- Peel and cube potatoes.
- Line the bottom of the crock pot with potatoes.
- In a large mixing bowl, beat eggs, ketchup and mustard together.
- Add ground beef, onion soup mix, and stuffing or bread crumbs to the egg mixture and mix all together well.
- Shape meat mixture into two loaves and place in crock pot on top of potatoes.
- Drizzle ketchup on the top of the loaves.
- Set crock pot to high for an hour or until you leave, then set to low for 8-10 hours.
- Enjoy!

Steps:
- Sliced the potatoes about 1/4 inch thick. Diced the onion and finely dice the green pepper salt and pepper to taste.
- Mix well in a large bowl the meat, diced onions, finely diced green pepper, breadcrumbs, egg and ketchup together by hand. Squish real well form into a loaf.
- spray the bottom of the crock pot with non-stick spray.
- place sliced potatoes on the bottom of the crock pot. This will help stop the sticking of the loaf and keep it from swimming in all the juices.
- Place the loaf in the crock pot on top of the potatoes being sure not to let the loaf touch the sides of the crock pot.
- mix the ketchup, brown sugar and yellow mustard in a small bowl. This is the topping.
- pour over the entire loaf.
- turn crock pot on low for 7-9 hours.
