Steps:
- Combine milk, pesto, egg, garlic, and pepper in a medium bowl. Add ground beef and bread crumbs and combine, being careful not to overmix.
- Divide meat mixture into 4 portions. Press a well into each portion, leaving a 1/2-inch border around the edge. Place 2 slices pepperoni into each well, overlapping to cover the length of the well. Top each with 1/4 of the mozzarella balls. Press meat mixture around the filling to enclose; form each portion into an oblong loaf shape. Place loaves into the air fryer basket, in batches.
- Cook in the air fryer at 370 degrees F (190 degrees C) until an instant-read thermometer inserted into the thickest portion of the meat reads 165 degrees F (75 degrees C), about 15 minutes. Serve meatloaves topped with warm marinara sauce and fresh basil.

Steps:
- For the mac and cheese: Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F.
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the macaroni and cook according to package instructions for al dente; drain, reserving 1 3/4 cups of the pasta water.
- Bring the milk, Italian seasoning and crushed red pepper flakes to a simmer in a large saucepan over medium heat. Continue cooking until the milk reduces to 1 1/2 cups, about 15 minutes. Add the cream cheese and stir until melted. Gradually whisk in both the Cheddar and Italian blend cheeses, a handful at a time, until all the cheese is melted and the sauce is smooth.
- Add the cooked macaroni and reserved pasta water to the cheese sauce and stir to combine. Stir in the marinara sauce, sun-dried tomatoes and pepperoni and adjust the seasoning with salt. Pour into a 9-by-13-inch baking dish. Toss the bread crumbs, Parmesan and sun-dried tomato oil together in a small bowl until the crumbs are moistened and sprinkle evenly over the macaroni and cheese. Bake until bubbly and lightly browned, about 10 minutes.

PEPPERONI PIZZA LOAF
This savory stromboli starts with frozen bread dough, so it comes together in practically no time. The golden loaf is stuffed with cheese, pepperoni, mushrooms, peppers and olives. I often add a few slices of ham, too. It's tasty served with warm pizza sauce for dipping. -Jenny Brown, West Lafayette, Indiana
