Steps:
- Firstly, take water and boil it
- In water add tbsp of oil and some salt to taste
- When water comes to boil then add penne pasta
- Cook pasta only 75% and strain it & set aside
- Take a pot to add butter and heat it
- Add chopped garlic & chopped green chilies
- Saute it
- Add vegetables like carrot, cabbage and capsicum & fry for 2 minutes only
- After fry veggies and set aside it
- Now, prepare the white sauce
- Take a pot and add half tbsp of cooking oil
- Add milk and maida at the same time and whisk it
- Add some salt to taste and red chili flakes & mix well
- White sauce is ready
- Take another pot and add white sauce, mix fry veggies and boil pasta and mix together
- Dish out the delicious penne pasta in a plate and sprinkle with black pepper
- Enjoy with your family

- Cook pasta according to packaged directions.
- Melt butter in a medium sauce pan, add garlic.
- Cook for 1 minute over medium heat
- Add flour and cook for an additional minute, stirring constantly.
- Add milk and broth, stirring constantly. Cook until sauce boils and thickens.
- Add parsley and parmesan cheese. Add desired salt and pepper. Continue stirring until cheese has melted. Serve immediately.
- Pour sauce over pasta and serve.

It's easiest to start with bulk sausage, or patties, because then there's no need to remove the meat from a casing. (Though that is easy to do: Just slit the casing with a sharp knife and peel it off.) You crumble the sausage into a little melted butter, which adds smoothness to the final sauce (omit it if you prefer), add water or other liquid and finish with grated Parmesan.

- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil for the pasta.
- Put the butter in a medium skillet over medium-low heat. As it melts, crumble the sausage meat into it, making the bits quite small, 1/2 inch or less. Add the liquid, and adjust the heat so that the mixture simmers gently.
- Cook the pasta until it is tender but not at all mushy. Reserve about 1/2 cup of the pasta cooking water.
- Drain the pasta, and dress with the sauce, adding a little of the reserved cooking liquid if necessary. Toss with salt, pepper and Parmesan, and serve.
