- Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C).
- In a bowl, use a fork to mash the bananas. Add the sugar, ½ cup (115 g) of butter, and vanilla, and whisk until combined.
- Add the flour, salt, and cocoa powder, and whisk until fully incorporated.
- Use the remaining 1 tablespoon of butter to grease a 9x9-inch (23x23 cm) baking tray.
- Use the remaining 1 tablespoon of cocoa powder to dust every side of the baking tray.
- Pour batter into prepared baking dish.
- Use a spoon to add dollops of peanut butter on top of the batter. Use a butter knife to swirl the peanut butter into the brownie batter.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, until center no longer jiggles when pan is shaken.
- Allow brownies to cool completely before cutting.

- In a small mixing bowl, combine peanut butter, coconut oil, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and salt. Mix until combined. Set aside.
- Place chocolate and coconut oil in a medium-sized microwave safe bowl.
- Microwave on high for 15 second intervals stirring in between until chocolate is melted.
- Let cool.
- Preheat oven to 325˚F (170˚C).
- Add eggs, maple syrup, brown sugar, and vanilla extract. Mix until combined.
- Add flour, baking powder, and salt. Mix until combined.
- Pour brownie batter into a greased, parchment lined, 8 inch by 8 inch (20 cm by 20 cm) baking pan making sure that the parchment is overlapping the pan.

- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Coat a 9-inch square baking pan with cooking spray.
- Beat together the confectioners' sugar, peanut butter, cream cheese, 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract and 1 egg in a large bowl with an electric mixer on medium-high speed until smooth.
- In a small bowl, combine the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder and salt. Whisk to thoroughly combine.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the remaining 2 eggs, granulated sugar and remaining 1 teaspoon vanilla. Whisk in the butter.
- Add the flour mixture and chocolate chips to the bowl with the egg-butter mixture and fold together with a spoon or spatula until just combined.
- Add half of the brownie batter to the pan and tap on the countertop to level. Add the peanut butter mixture by the spoonful, making sure that the spoonfuls do not touch each another. Pour the remaining brownie batter over the top and swirl the two batters together with a butter knife.
- Bake until the edges are just set, about 20 minutes. The center should still be soft. Cool in the pan for at least 15 minutes before cutting.

- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Butter and flour a 12 by 18 by 1 1/2-inch sheet pan.
- Melt together the butter, 1 pound of chocolate chips, and the unsweetened chocolate in a medium bowl over simmering water. Allow to cool slightly. In a large bowl, stir (do not beat) together the eggs, coffee granules, vanilla, and sugar. Stir the warm chocolate mixture into the egg mixture and allow to cool to room temperature.
- In a medium bowl, sift together 1 cup of flour, the baking powder, and salt. Add to the cooled chocolate mixture. Toss the remaining 12 ounces of chocolate chips in a medium bowl with 1/4 cup of flour, then add them to the chocolate batter. Pour into the prepared sheet pan. - Very easy. Cream the sugar and margarine. Add the next three ingredients and mix well.
- Dump the next three dry ingredients in on top and mix well, then add the chocolate chips and almonds to combine. (NOTE: If you can find vegan peanut butter chips, use them! Amaaazing flavor! Unfortunately I can't get them anymore.).
- Spread the chocolate batter in a greased & floured 8" square pan.
- From peanut butter to egg replacer: cream these ingredients together in a separate bowl.
- Drop dollops of peanut butter into the top of the chocolate, and use a fork to swirl it in patterns like you were making a marbled cake. (Hint- you just may have a little extra safely vegan batter to sample. *wink*.
- Bake at 350 F for about 30-35 minutes. Watch them, check after 25 minutes or so and remove from oven as soon as the middle is no longer complete goo. This seems to be the key to the ultimate chewy-divine brownie experience.
- When completely cooled, cut into 16 squares, or as desired. If you don't wait, it goes pretty crumbly. (Ahem, this girl knows from experience. LOL.).
- Finally -- enjoy!

- Make the brownies: Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C). Line a 9-inch (23-cm) square baking pan with parchment paper and grease with nonstick spray.
- Add the butter and 1 cup of the chocolate chips to a large microwave-safe bowl. Microwave for 1½ minutes, then let sit for 3 minutes before whisking until smooth. Add the granulated and brown sugars, vanilla, and salt. Whisk to combine. Whisk in the eggs until fully incorporated.
