4 tablespoons butter, melted
1 cup creamy peanut butter
One 8-ounce package cream cheese, softened
1 1/4 cups powdered sugar
One 8-ounce package whipped topping, such as Cool Whip, thawed

Steps:

  • For the crust: Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Crush the cookies until they're fine crumbs. Pour the melted butter over the top and stir with a fork to combine. Press into a pie pan and bake until set, 5 to 7 minutes. Remove from the oven and allow to cool completely.
  • For the filling: Beat the peanut butter with the cream cheese until smooth. Add the powdered sugar and beat until smooth. Add in the thawed whipped topping and beat until smooth, scraping the sides as needed.
  • Pour the filling into the crust, evening out the top with a knife or spatula. Chill for at least an hour before serving.

6 packages (1.5 oz each) Reese's Peanut Butter Cups™, chopped (about 1 1/2 cups)
1/2 cup plus 1 tablespoon hot fudge

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 450°F. Unroll pie crust; place in ungreased 9-inch pie plate. Flute edges as desired, and prick bottom and sides with fork. Bake 10 to 12 minutes or until light golden brown. Cool completely, about 30 minutes.
  • Meanwhile, in large chilled bowl, beat whipping cream with electric mixer on high speed just until soft peaks form. Reserve 1 cup of the whipped cream for topping; refrigerate.
  • In large bowl, beat cream cheese, peanut butter and sugar with electric mixer on medium speed until smooth. Gently fold remaining whipped cream into cream cheese mixture. Fold in 1 cup of the chopped peanut butter cups. Refrigerate until ready to assemble pie.
  • In small microwavable bowl, microwave 1/2 cup of the hot fudge uncovered on High 10 to 20 seconds or until spreadable. Carefully spread hot fudge onto bottom of cooled crust. Spread cream cheese mixture evenly onto fudge layer.
  • Spoon reserved 1 cup whipped cream on top of cream cheese mixture, spreading evenly. Sprinkle with remaining 1/2 cup chopped peanut butter cups. In same small microwavable bowl, microwave remaining 1 tablespoon hot fudge uncovered on High 5 to 10 seconds or until thin enough to drizzle. Drizzle on top of pie. 1 sleeve chocolate graham crackers*
1/4 cup sugar
6 tbsp melted butter
8 oz mascarpone cheese (at room temperature)
1 cup peanut butter (creamy or crunchy, up to you)
1 cup confectioner's sugar ((4 ounces by weight))
1 tsp vanilla extract
1.5 cups heavy cream
1/2 cup heavy cream
1 tbsp sugar
chopped peanut butter cups (for garnish (about 6 mini, or 2 regular))

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  • In a food processor, pulse together the graham crackers and sugar, until ground.
  • Add the melted butter, and pulse until evenly moistened, about 10 times.
  • Press the mixture evenly into a 9" pie plate, pushing the crust about halfway up the sides.
  • Bake for 8-10 minutes, until it looks dry and has lots its sheen, then cool completely on a wire rack.
  • To make the filling, with a hand mixer, beat the mascarpone, peanut butter, confectioner's sugar, and vanilla extract, until fluffy and light, about 2 minutes.
  • In a separate bowl, whip the cream to soft peaks, then gently fold it into the peanut butter mixture in 3 separate installments.
  • Spoon the mixture evenly into the cooled crust, cover with plastic wrap, and chill completely. It will take about 6 hours in the refrigerator, or you can expedite the process by freezing for 2 hours.
  • To serve, whip the 1/2 cup cream and 1 tbsp sugar to soft peaks, and spread over the pie. Garnish with chopped peanut cups, and serve.
  • Note: Make sure the pie is fully chilled before serving, or it will be difficult to slice. Enjoy!

Steps:

½ cup peanut butter
⅔ cup white sugar
¼ teaspoon salt
4 tablespoons cornstarch
2 cups scalded milk
3 egg yolks, beaten
2 tablespoons butter

3 egg whites
1 (9 inch) pie crust, baked
½ cup white sugar

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  • Combine the confectioners' sugar and the peanut butter blend until thoroughly combined and light. Spread 3/4 of this mixture across the bottom of the baked pie shell.
  • Combine cornstarch, 2/3 cup white sugar, salt and scalded milk. Mix well. Pour a small amount of the milk mixture over the egg yolks. Mix, then add the egg yolk mixture to the scaled milk mixture. In a saucepan over medium heat cook the egg yolk mixture until it thickens. Add the butter and the vanilla.   • In a small bowl, add the confectioner's sugar and 1/2 cup of the peanut butter. Cut sugar into peanut butter with a fork until mixture is crumbly. Place half of mixture in bottom of baked pie shell, reserve remainder for top.
  • In large sauce pan, add the egg yolks, milk, sugar, peanut butter, vanilla, salt, and cornstarch. Cook over medium low heat until thick, stirring constantly (I used a whisk). Pour over peanut butter crumbles in the pie crust.
  • Beat egg whites until foamy, add sugar. Continue beating until soft peaks form. Spread over top of pie, being careful to seal at edges. Sprinkle remainder of peanut butter crumbles over top of pie.
  • Bake at 325 for thirty minutes.
  • Refrigerate for several hours before serving.

(And trust me, licking the spoon is reason enough to make it.)

1 chocolate cookie pie crust
1 cup peanut butter (crunchy or creamy--I like crunchy myself)
8 ounces cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup sugar
12 ounces non-dairy whipped topping, thawed, divided
1 (11 3/4 ounce) jar chocolate fudge topping, divided
2 tablespoons hot fudge topping

Steps:

  • In a medium bowl, beat together peanut butter, cream cheese and sugar.
  • Gently fold in 3 cups of whipped topping.
  • Spoon mixture into pie shell and smooth to edges of the shell.
  • Reserving 2 Tbs. of hot fudge topping, place the remainder of the topping into a microwave safe container and microwave on high for 1 minute. Stir.

1/2 cup (1 stick) butter, melted
8-ounce package cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup peanut butter
1/2 14-ounce condensed milk (about 1/2 cup)
1 cup confectioner's sugar, sifted
8 to 10 ounces Cool Whip (3 cups), more for garnish
Semisweet chocolate shavings, for garnish
Unsalted peanuts, for garnish

Steps:

  • 1. Heat oven to 350 °F. Place vanilla wafer crumbs in a medium bowl. Pour over the melted butter and stir to combine. Divide equally into two 9-inch pie tins. Press mixture onto bottom and up sides of pie dish. Transfer to oven and bake until golden brown, 10 to 15 minutes. Remove to a rack to cool completely.
  • 2. In the bowl of an electric mixer fitted with the paddle attachment combine the cream cheese, peanut butter, and condensed milk. Mix until smooth. Add confectioner's sugar. Using a large rubber spatula fold in 3 cups Cool Whip. Pour mixture into cooled pie shells. Decorate cake as desired with more cool whip. Garnish with chocolate shavings and peanuts. Refrigerate or freeze until firm.
