1 medium Fresh apple(s) cored
4 tbsp(s) Water
8 tbsp(s) Powdered peanut butter
0.5 medium Banana(s) sliced
1 medium Kiwifruit(s) peeled and chopped
1 tsp(s) Unsweetened shredded coconut

Steps:

Combine peanut powder with water and stir until smooth.
Slice apple into four thick rings.
Spread peanut powder mixture over apple rings and top with your favorite chopped fruit and unsweetened coconut flakes.

1 tablespoon peanut butter (or other nut butter)
1/4 cup topping (such as granola, cereal, toasted coconut, or a combination of these)

Steps:

Core apple. Cut a thin slice off top and bottom, and discard. Slice apple crosswise into 3 thick rings. Dividing evenly, spread one side of the rings with peanut butter.
Sprinkle rings with topping and pat on gently.
