SUNSET COOLER (MOCKTAIL)

Steps:

• Blend ingredients with ice until smooth.
• Place in a glass and top with ginger ale.

SUNSET MOCKTAIL

Steps:

• Place first 4 ingredients into a blender, then add 6-8 ice cubes. Then BLITZ.
• Then Serve!

ORANGE SUNSET MOCKTAIL

Steps:

• Firstly, in a tall glass add the chopped mint & lemon juice. Crush the mint in the lemon juice using a muddler, rolling pink, or the back of a large spoon. This brings out the minty flavor. Add a few lemon slices (optional)
• Next, add the orange juice over the lemon juice mixture. Top this up with ice cubes. Add sufficient icecubes
• Then, add the sprite over it. If no sprite, you may add any aerated translucent drink
• Next, carefully pour the watermelon juice over the sprite. Do it slowly, to make sure the layers don't mix
• Decorate the glass with a slice of orange & mint leaves

SUNSET GLOW MOCKTAIL

Steps:

• Combine all ingredients in blender and mix until smooth. Pour into a 16-ounce stemmed glass. Garnish with a skewered orange twist and a strawberry.
• Simple Syrup: In a saucepan, combine 2 cups sugar and 1 cup water. Bring to a boil, stirring until sugar dissolves. Boil gently for 5 minutes. Will keep in the refrigerator for about 6 months. Makes about 2 cups.

HAWAIIAN SUNSET COCKTAIL

Steps:

• Place ice cubes into the glass.
• Shake vodka, orange juice and cranberry juice in a shaker.
• Pour into glass.
• Top off with soda water.
• Garnish with cherry and pineapple slice (optional).
• Serve in a highball glass.

AUGUST SUNSET MOCKTAIL

Steps:

• In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, combine juices. Shake to mix. Strain into a Martini glass and garnish with a pink grapefruit slice.
