Peach Prosecco Spritzers Food

PEACH LEMONADE SPRITZ

Steps:

• Make the lemonade syrup: In a small saucepan, heat 3/4 cup water over medium heat. Add the sugar and whisk until the sugar dissolves, 1 to 2 minutes. Stir in the lemon zest and juice. Transfer the syrup to a small bowl and set aside to let cool.
• Muddle and mix: Place half of the peach in a cocktail shaker and muddle it. Add 4 ounces of the lemonade syrup, the Ketel One and a few ice cubes. Cover the shaker and shake thoroughly to blend.
• Serve: Divide the cocktail between 2 glasses with a few ice cubes and the remaining peach slices in each. Top with a splash of club soda. Garnish with the mint or basil. Stir and enjoy!

ROSY PROSECCO SPRITZER

Steps:

• In a white wine glass or coupe, combine the prosecco, club soda and rose water. Garnish with a rose petal.

PEACH PROSECCO

Steps:

• In a cocktail shaker, combine the vodka, peach liqueur, Prosecco, lemon juice, peach nectar, and bitters, if using. Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously until completely mixed, about 20 seconds. Strain into a chilled champagne coupe and garnish with a peach wedge.

APEROL SPRITZER

Steps:

• For each drink, fill a 14- to 16-ounce tumbler three-quarters full with ice. Fill each glass two-thirds full with Prosecco, add 2 ounces of the Aperol, a splash of San Pellegrino, and an orange slice, and stir. Serve ice cold.

PEACH PROSECCO SPRITZERS

Steps:

• 1. Puree peaches with lemon juice and sugar. Add more sugar if desired. Strain into a pitcher pressing on solids.Stir in Prosecco. 2. Pour into 8 glasses 1/2 filled with ice. Top off with club soda.
