1 ripe mango, peeled, seeded and chopped
1/4 cup lime juice (2 limes)
1 teaspoon sugar syrup
3/4 cup white rum
Crushed Ice

Steps:

  • Place the mango, lime juice, sugar syrup and rum in a blender and process until smooth.
  • Pour the mixture over a glass full of crushed ice.
  • Note: To make sugar syrup, heat 1 cup sugar and 1 cup water in a small saucepan until the sugar dissolves.

1 (24 ounce) jar mangoes, slices
3 large firm ripe peaches, peeled and chopped (or use 1 20-oz. bag frozen sliced peaches, thawed)
1 (15 ounce) can cream of coconut
1 (6 ounce) can frozen lemonade concentrate, thawed
1 1/2 cups dark rum

Steps:

  • Drain mango slices, reserving 1/2 cup liquid. Process mango slices and peaches in blender until smooth. Pour peach mixture into a large container.
  • Process reserved mango liquid, cream of coconut, and lemonade concentrate in blender until smooth. Add coconut mixture and rum to peach mixture, stirring until combined. Use immediately.
  • Process 3 cups peach mixture with 2 cups ice in a blender until smooth.

1 cup sugar
1 1/3 cups freshly squeezed lime juice (9 limes)
1 1/3 cups dark rum
Very thin round slices of lime, for serving

Steps:

  • Combine the sugar with 1 cup water in a small saucepan, and heat until the sugar dissolves completely. Set aside to cool or refrigerate for up to 2 weeks.
  • When ready to make the cocktails, combine the lime juice, 1 cup of the sugar syrup, and the rum in a pitcher. Fill 6 cocktail glasses with ice and pour the mixture over the ice. Garnish each cocktail with a slice of lime and serve ice cold.

  • Combine mango-peach juice concentrate, rum, orange juice, and sugar in blender. Add half of frozen peaches and puree. Add remaining peaches a few at a time, blending until mixture is smooth and thick, stopping to stir as needed. Pour into chilled daiquiri glasses or wineglasses. Garnish with mint and serve.

1 (6 ounce) can pink lemonade, softened but not thawed
3/4 cup light rum
4 -5 ice cubes

Steps:

  • Place all but ice in a blender.
  • Blend on high for 15 seconds.
  • Add the ice, 1 or 2 pieces at a time, and process until the ice is crushed and mixed well, about 40 seconds.
  • Pour into 4 glasses and ENJOY!

Steps:

  • Pour mango nectar, pineapple juice, rum, triple sec, and lime juice into a blender and pulse once or twice to combine. Add ice cubes and blend until drink is slushy and no ice chunks remain, 1 to 2 minutes. Serve in a glass with additional ice if desired.
