- Cook pasta according to package directions. Meanwhile, in a large skillet, saute the mushrooms, snow peas, carrots and onions in oil until crisp-tender. Add garlic; cook 1 minute longer., In a small bowl, combine the soy sauce, sugar and cayenne. Drain pasta. Add pasta and soy sauce mixture to skillet and toss to coat. Heat through. Sprinkle with sesame seeds.

- In a small bowl, combine the soy sauce, rice wine, brown sugar and cornstarch. Set aside.
- Heat oil in a wok or skillet over medium high heat. Stir-fry ginger and garlic for 30 seconds. Add the steak and stir-fry for 2 minutes or until evenly browned. Add the snow peas and stir-fry for an additional 3 minutes. Add the soy sauce mixture, bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Lower heat and simmer until the sauce is thick and smooth. Serve immediately.

- Cook spaghetti according to directions on package.
- Grease a 9" pie pan with the vegetable oil.
- Place drained spaghetti in a bowl with the carrots and squash, and toss to mix, then place evenly in pie pan.

- Combine all remaining ingredients, and spread the mixture evenly over the pasta.

- In a medium saucepan, bring the rice and water to a boil. Cover, reduce heat, and simmer 20 minutes.
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook and stir the ground beef until evenly browned. Drain, and set aside.
- Heat the olive oil in the skillet over medium heat. Stir in the red bell pepper, green bell pepper, parsley, garlic and ginger. Season with red pepper, salt, and pepper. Cook and stir until tender.

- Heat oven to 350 degrees.
- Cook pasta 8 minutes, drain.
- Mix pasta shell ingredients and toss with pasta.
- In 9-inch pie plate press pasta to form a shell.
- Cook ground beef for 4-5 min.
- ,breaking into crumbles.
- Add garlic powder, salt and cumin, stir in tomatoes and cook until almost all liquid has evaporated, stirring occasionally.
- Remove from heat and add sour cream.
- Spoon mixture into pasta shell.
- Add cheese to top and bake 15 minutes.

- Heat oven to 375°F.
- In large skillet, combine ground beef, onion, chile & garlic. Cook over med to high heat until beef is thoroughly cooked; stirring frequently; then drain fat.
- Add curry powder, thyme, turmeric, pepper, grnd red pepper & salt; mix well.
- Add bread crumbs and water; stir until thickened.
- Separate dough into 8 rectangles, firmly press perforations to seal.
- Place 2 heaping tablespoons of meat mixture on long half of a rectangle. Fold dough over filling & press edges to seal.

- Cook spaghetti, drain; rinse with hot water.
- Heat oven to 350 degrees.
- Grease a 10 inch pie pan or 9 inch square pan.
- Combine cooked spaghetti, eggs, and parmesan cheese; toss lightly.
- Place in greased pan and press evenly over bottom and up sides of pan to form crust.
- Set aside.

- Cook vermicelli according to package directions; drain.
- Keep warm.
- Meanwhile, stack beef steaks; cut lengthwise in half and then crosswise into 1" wide strips.
- Heat water in large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat until hot.
- Add sugar-snap peas and carrots; cook and stir 3-4 minutes or until water is evaporated and vegetables are crisp-tender.
- Remove from skillet.
- Heat same skillet over medium-high heat until hot.
- Add half of the beef; stir-fry 1 minute or until outside surface of beef is no longer pink.
- (Do not overcook.) Remove from skillet.
- Repeat with remaining beef.
- Combine stir-fry sauce and red pepper in same skillet.
