EASY, NO-BAKE NUTELLA® PIE
I had a graham cracker crust and a jar of Nutella® to use up, and this recipe was born. This pie takes literally 5 minutes to make and is similar to a fluffy chocolate mousse pie, but with a flavor twist. Enjoy!

Steps:
- Spread 1/4 cup of the hazelnut spread over the bottom of the graham cracker crust.
- Beat remaining hazelnut spread and cream cheese together in a bowl until smooth. Fold whipped topping into the cream cheese mixture; pour into the pie crust and spread evenly.
- Refrigerate until well chilled, 4 hours to overnight.

Steps:
- 1. Make Oreo crumbs using a food processor.
- 2. Add crumbs and melted butter in pie plate, pressing down with a spoon.
- 3. Blend all remaining ingredients using mixer and pour into pie crust.

There are 4 layers to this yummy dessert. I came across the recipe years ago and added it to my collection. Now I make it all the time for potlucks and holidays and it's always a huge hit. You'll want to make it in a glass dish so you can see all the layers.

- Reserve 1/4 cup of the Oreo crumbs and set aside. In a large bowl, combine the remaining Oreo crumbs and melted butter. Oreos should be damp but not wet. Press mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9x13 glass dish to form the crust.
- In a large bowl, combine cream cheese, half of the whipped topping and powdered sugar. Mix on medium speed just until smooth. Pour over crust, using a moistened spatula to spread evenly.
- Combine pudding mix, milk and sweetened condensed milk in a large bowl and mix until smooth. Pour over the second layer spreading it out evenly across the top.
- Place the dish in the refrigerator for approximately 15 minutes or until the pudding is set. Spread the remaining whipped topping over the top and then sprinkle with reserved cookie crumbs. Serve cold.

- Press into an even layer into the bottom and up the sides of a 9-inch pie pan. Place in the freezer while you prepare the filling

- Spread the nutella whipped cream on top of the cold crust. Freeze for about 2 hours or overnight. Remove from the freezer about 10 minutes before serving. Cut into slices and serve with whipped cream and crushed oreos, if desired

- OREO CRUST: Blend or pulse the Oreos (cookies plus filling) until they resemble fine crumbs. Mix the crumbs with the 3 tablespoons white sugar and 4 tablespoons cooled melted butter. Spray a pie pan or spring-form pan (I use a 9-inch pie pan) with nonstick spray and press the cookie crust evenly along the bottom and about 1 inch up the sides. Place in freezer while preparing the filling.
- NUTELLA FILLING: In a large bowl add the 8 ounces softened cream cheese. Beat with a hand mixer until smooth and creamy with no lumps, about 30 seconds to 1 minute. Add in the 1 and 1/2 cups Nutella, 1 teaspoon vanilla extract, and 1/4 teaspoon salt,. Beat for 1-3 minutes or until combined and smooth. Add in the 6 ounces (not the entire 8 ounce container) of thawed whipped topping. Using a spatula, fold the mixture together gently until all ingredients are incorporated, light, and smooth. Pour this mixture into the Oreo crust. Cover and place in the freezer for 1-3 hours or until firm.
- WHIPPED CREAM: Pour 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream, 1 tablespoon powdered sugar, 1 teaspoon vanilla, and 1/8 teaspoon (tiny pinch) salt into a chilled bowl (attached to a stand mixer) and whisk on low speed to combine. Gradually increase to high until medium to stiff peaks form, about 1-3 minutes. Watch carefully to avoid over-beating. Near the end of the time, taste and adjust sugar to taste.
- DECORATE: Use a spatula to add the stiff whipped cream to the center of the pie and smooth out over the top covering most of the pie, leaving the an edge showing (about 1-2 inches). The whipped cream doesn't need to be smooth; use the spatula to create dimension and texture. Using a vegetable peeler, peel the side of a chocolate bar right on top to make curls. Place pie in the freezer for 10 minutes (uncovered) and then slice into pieces and serve. Do not top the pie with whipped cream if there will be leftovers -- the cream will become watery. If you plan to only serve a few pieces, top individual pieces with the cream after slicing.
