- Freeze 2 cups chopped pineapple, 2 hours. Chill 4 tall glasses. Blend the frozen pineapple with 1 pint passion fruit sorbet, 1 cup frozen orange juice concentrate, 1 cup ice, 6 ounces white rum, 2 ounces orange liqueur and 1 tablespoon grenadine until slushy. Pour into the glasses; garnish with pineapple.

- In a blender, combine bananas, sugar and 3 cups water. Blend until smooth. Pour into a large bowl and stir in pineapple juice. Blend in orange juice concentrate, lemonade concentrate and 3 cups water. Divide into 3 plastic containers and freeze until solid.
- Remove from freezer 3 to 4 hours before serving. Using one portion at a time, place slush in a punch bowl and pour in 1 liter of ginger ale for each.

- Heat sugar and water in a large saucepan over medium heat until sugar is dissolved.
- Put sugar syrup in a large bowl along with the juices and bananas and mix together.
- Place in containers and freeze until solid.
