Crustless Custard Pie! You only need a handful of ingredients for this creamy, dreamy pie. Just mix everything in your blender or food processor and pour into the pan. No crust and no fuss!

12 oz evaporated milk
3/4 cup sugar
3 TBSP flour
2 TBSP butter, melted
3 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
Ground cinnamon and coarse sugar, for topping

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Grease a 9 inch pie dish.
  • In a blender or food processor, mix milk, eggs, butter, vanilla and sugar. Pulse to mix. Then, add in flour, ground cinnamon. Mix until combined and smooth.
  • Pour batter into prepared pie dish. Top with a sprinkle of ground cinnamon and coarse sugar.
  • Bake for 40-45 minutes or until lightly brown.
  • Let pie cool for 30 minutes before serving.If desired, top with whipped cream when serving.
  • Keep leftovers in refrigerator.

No crust to roll out, much less calories, but still so delicious! Has a smooth custard filling and a crunchy golden top. Just dump all ingredients in blender, then bake. Recipe from Quick Cooking.

2 cups milk
4 eggs
1/2 cup butter, melted
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup flour
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/4 teaspoon salt

Steps:

  • In blender, combine all ingredients, cover and process until smooth.
  • Pour into greased 9" deep dish pie plate.
  • Bake at 350° for 50 minutes or until knife inserted near center comes out clean.
  • Cool on wire rack for 1 hour.
  • Refrigerate until serving.

2 Tbsp butter or margarine ( melted but not hot)
1 c sugar
1 tsp vanilla
1 large can evaporated milk

Steps:

  • 1. Does not needs crust !
  • 2. Beat well all ingredients ! Pour into prepared pie plate.
  • 3. Grease and flour glass pie plate. Bake 350 degrees for about 45 minutes. Keep a check on it.

I got this recipe from my Mother-In-Law who was a great cook. Everyone in the Family loves it and it is often requested for covered dish meals at our church dinners.

3 eggs
1 stick margarine
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 1/2 c sugar
3 Tbsp self rising flour
1-12 0z can(s) evaporated milk

Steps:

  • 1. Melt margarine. Mix with flour and sugar. Add eggs one at a time. Add evaporated milk and flavoring.
  • 2. Pour into greased pie plate. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 min or till set.
  • 3. For Coconut pie... Add 1 cup coconut to ingredients. For Chocolate Pie...Add about 3-4 Tablespoons of Cocoa to flour and surgar and continue with recipe.

This has to be the simplest recipe ever with very little cleanup. Measure out all the ingredients, toss into a blender and bake in a pie dish! Because of the flour, the pie makes it's own crust.

  • 1. Just throw all ingredients into your blender and mix on high for about a minute.
  • 2. Pour into a buttered pie plate, 9 inches. Sprinkle with nutmeg and bake at 350 degrees for approx 45 minutes, until set and lightly browned.
