NO-BAKE REESE'S PEANUT BUTTER PIE
This No-Bake Reese's Peanut Butter Pie is the perfect chocolate and peanut butter dessert. It's easy to make and requires no baking making it the perfect addition to any gathering. It is so good, you won't be able to take just one bite.

Steps:
- Add the cream cheese and peanut butter to a large bowl or mixer bowl and stir slowly.
- Gradually add your powdered sugar as you mix.
- Gently fold in the whipped topping & mix well.
- Pour the mixture into the pie crust and spread it out evenly.
- Top with the Reese's Shell Chocolate.
- Now add whole Reese's Cups & half Reese's all over the top of your pie.
- Sprinkle Reese's Peanut Butter chips onto the top of your pie.
- Chill in the refrigerator until firm (at least 2 hours).
- When chilled, serve up and enjoy!

- Combine the softened cream cheese and the creamy peanut butter in a medium-sized mixing bowl. Use a hand mixer to mix until well blended.
- Add the powdered sugar and mix again until combined.
- Next, add the heavy cream and vanilla. Mix well.
- Chop 5 Reese's Peanut Butter Cups and fold them into the peanut butter mixture.
- Pour mixture into the pre-made pie crust.
- Spread an even layer of Cool Whip over the pie and then decorate with remaining Reese's Peanut Butter Cups.
- Refrigerate for 12-24 hours before serving.

- Line bottom of pie crust with whole reese's cups in a flat layer. I was able to fit 10. Set aside.
- In a stand mixer, beat peanut butter, cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth. Fold in 8 oz of cool whip or whipped cream into peanut butter mixture by hand, until well combined.
- Spoon mixture into pie shell and smooth mixture to edges of pie using a spatula or the back of a spoon.
- Heat hot fudge topping for 1 minute in microwave. Stir. Pour on top of cake and spread until it reaches the edges.
- Cool pie until set, about 2 hours.
- Once pie is set, spread remaining whipped cream over hot fudge layer. Chop up the remaining Reese's cups and sprinkle on top.
- Refrigerate until ready to serve!

- Mix together - Peanut butter, melted butter, brown sugar.
- Stir in - Powdered Sugar & vanilla.
- Melt Chocolate chips in double broiler or microwave.
- Line up muffin pans with paper baking cups inside.
- With a rubber spatula, drip some chocolate on the bottom of all the baking cups, then layer with peanut butter mixer, then add more chocolate on top. No thicker than 1/4" each.
- Let cool in the refrigerator for 15 minutes to harden.
- Peel paper, eat and enJOY!
- *For a fast and easy recipe just spread the peanut butter mixture on a cookie sheet (with a lip) then spread melted chocolate over the top. Cool and then cut into squares.
