NO BAKE PEANUT BUTTER COCONUT BARS
These no bake coconut and peanut butter bars are a really tasty idea for an afternoon snack. Delicious but not too sweet and so quick to make too! What are you waiting for?

Steps:
- Put the coconut oil, peanut butter and agave nectar in a large microwave-proof bowl. Heat for about 40 seconds and then stir them together until they are fully combined.
- Add the coconut and oats and stir well. At this stage you could add extra nuts, seeds, dried fruit or chocolate chips if you wanted.
- Line a square dish with cling film and press the mixture down well using the back of a spoon.
- Put in the fridge to harden up.
- Take the dish out of the fridge and cut into bars and gently ease out of the dish. I found the first couple crumbled up but after that the rest came out fine.
- Store the bars in the fridge.

NO BAKE COCONUT PEANUT BUTTER BARS
Steps:
- Combine all ingredients except the dark chocolate in a food processor and pulse until smooth.
- Place the mixture into a lined tin or container and press down firmly. Chill for 30 minutes until firm. Remove from the fridge and cut into bars.
- Melt the dark chocolate, allow it to cool down for 4-5 minutes and dip each bar in it. Chill in the fridge for 20 minutes.
- Enjoy!

Steps:
- Butter a 9" X 13" baking pan.
- Combine eggs, sugars, and butter in a large, heavy saucepan.
- Bring to a boil and cook over low for about 2 minutes, stirring constantly.
- Remove from heat and add the Graham crumbs, marshmallows and coconut.
- Spread mixture on bottom of prepared pan.
- Melt butterscotch chips and peanut butter together.
- Spread over the top of the bars.
- Chill for at least 6 hours before cutting into squares.

Steps:
- lightly grease 11 x 7-inch, can use a 13 x 9-inch baking dish but you will have a thinner bar.
- In a large bowl combine Rice Krispies cereal, oats and raisins.
- In a saucepan stir the corn syrup or honey and brown sugar until just at a boil.
- Immediately remove from heat and stir in the peanut butter and vanilla until well combined.
- Pour over the dry ingredients in the bowl; mix to combine.
- Mix in mini chocolate chips (if using) work fast the mixture hardens quickly.
- Transfer the mixture into prepared baking dish, then using slightly wet hands push evenly down into the pan.
- While the mixture is still soft, for easier slicing take a sharp knife and slice into desired size bars.
- Chill until firm.
