MUSHROOM AND SWISS BURGER CASSEROLE RECIPE

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Cook dumplings according to the directions on the packaging. **
- Place a pan over medium/high heat and add a little butter and oil.
- When the pan is hot, add the mushrooms and onion. Cook for about 5 minutes.
- Add the garlic and Italian Seasoning. Cook for 1-2 minutes until you smell the garlic coming up from the pan.
- Add the ground beef and cook until brown and no longer pink.
- Add the cream of mushroom soup, heavy cream, and Worcestershire sauce. Stir and let simmer a couple of minutes.
- Add the beef mixture and the dumplings to a greased, 9x13, baking dish. Stir everything together. Top with shredded Swiss cheese, cover with foil, and bake for 30 minutes.
- Remove the foil and place under broiler for a few minutes to get bubbly and brown.
- Serve and Enjoy!

- Mix golden mushroom soup, sliced mushrooms, and Worcestershire sauce in a saucepan over low heat and simmer while you complete the remaining steps. Stir sauce occasionally.
- Mix ground beef with monosodium glutamate, seasoned salt, and black pepper in a bowl; form 4 patties from the ground beef and pan-fry in a skillet over medium heat until browned, about 5 minutes per side.

- Preheat oven to 325 degrees F.
- Prepare rice according to package directions.Set aside.
- While rice cooks,place bread in a food processor;pulse 15 times or until fine crumbs measure 1/2 cup.Add 1 tablespoon to butter to processor;pulse until combined.Add parmesan cheese to until combined.
- Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat.Add remaining butter,onion,garlic and mushrooms;saute 5 minutes or until onion is tender.Stir in alfredo sauce,milk,cream cheese,1 cup shredded swiss cheese and black pepper.Add rice;stir.
- Spoon rice mixture into a 1 1/2-quart casserole dish,coated with cooking spray.Sprinkle with breadcrumb mixture and remaining swiss cheese.Bake at 325 degrees for 30 minutes or until golden brown.

- Preheat oven to 350°.
- Arrange bread in a single layer on a jelly-roll pan. Bake at 350° for 20 minutes or until toasted. Place bread cubes in a large bowl.
- Melt butter in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add onion and mushrooms to pan; sauté 10 minutes or until liquid evaporates and vegetables are tender.
