Steps:
- To make the meatloaf:
- 1. Heat the oven to 350°F. Lightly oil a 10 x 13-inch (or 10-inch round) baking dish. Combine the meat, egg, onion, milk, breadcrumbs, salt, and pepper in a large bowl. Shape the mixture into a 10-inch round dome and place it in the baking dish. Mix the 1/3 cup ketchup, 2 tablespoons brown sugar, and 2 tablespoons prepared mustard in a small bowl until blended. Spread the mixture over the meatloaf. Bake for 1 hour. Transfer the meatloaf to a wire rack and let rest for 20 minutes.
- 2. Cook the pappardelle according to the package directions; drain and keep warm while meatloaf rests.
- To make the sauce:
- 1. Combine all the ingredients in a small saucepan. Cook over medium heat, stirring, until bubbly and thickened, about 3 minutes. Keep warm until ready to serve.
- 2. Remove the meatloaf from the pan and place on a serving plate. Cut the mozzarella ball in half. Layer the pasta strands one by one over the meatloaf to look like a mummy's wrappings, adding the mozzarella and two olives for eyes as shown. Surround the meatloaf with more olives. Serve with the sauce on the side.

- Heat oven to 350°F. Line broiler pan with foil; spray foil with cooking spray. In large bowl, mix beef, onion, bread crumbs, ketchup, salt, pepper and eggs. On work surface, shape meat mixture into 4 (6x2-inch) loaves, inserting 1 cheese stick lengthwise in center of each loaf. Taper ends of loaves to look like mummy shapes. Place in pan. Bake 25 minutes.
- Meanwhile, remove dough from can; unroll on work surface or cutting board. Cut into 4 rectangles. With knife or kitchen scissors, cut each rectangle lengthwise into 7 strips. Alternately cross 7 strips over each meatloaf to look like “bandages,” stretching dough to completely cover meatloaf and tucking ends under loaf. About 1/2 inch from one end, separate “bandage strips” on top to let meatloaf show through for “face.” Bake 17 to 20 minutes longer or until golden brown and meat thermometer inserted in center of loaf reads 160°F. Add dots of mustard on each mummy face for eyes. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.

- Preheat oven to 350º F. Line sheet pan with tin foil or parchment paper for easier cleaning. Make sauce for the meatloaf, mix together the ketchup and apple cider vinegar until combined, set aside.
- Gently crumble the ground meatloaf mixture overtop the the other ingredients in the bowl. Using clean hands very carefully mix the ingredients together until everything is barely combined leaving chunks of meat, overmixing will cause a dense meatloaf, more like a meatball.
- Transfer meatloaf mixute to the sheet pan. Carefully pat and shape the mixture into a large oval shape about 1 to 1.5 inches tall. Once the meatloaf is spread out shape the sides into a skull shape, leaving a large top for the brain, indents near the eyes, and a jawline.
