NUTELLA BROWNIES
Best brownie recipe ever. I can't count the number of times I've made these and they are fantastic every time.

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350-degrees F. Grease a 13x9" glass baking dish.
- Using an electric mixer, combine sugars & vanilla with melted butter. Add the eggs 1 at a time, beating well after each egg.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa, and baking powder.
- Add flour mixture slowly to the butter, sugar, and egg mixture. Mix well.
- In the microwave, heat Nutella until it thins out a bit (approximately 1 minute). Stir it well. Stir the softened, melted Nutella into the batter. then pour it into a prepared baking dish.
- Bake for 30 minutes.
- Allow to cool completely before cutting.
- For a special treat, frost with chocolate buttercream icing.

- Put rack in center of the oven. Preheat oven at 325°F Put parchment paper in the bottom of a 9 inch square pan (but taking care to let exceed a strip of parchment paper on each side (2 sides) and butter the two other sides). Sorry for this sentence, I had so much trouble translating it LOL.
- In a bowl, mix flour and salt. Set aside.
- In another bowl, with an electric mixer, beat eggs, nutella, brown sugar and vanilla until the mixture is creamy and homogeneous, about 2 minutes. At low speed, add dry ingredients alternating with melted butter.
- Spread in the pan. Cook 35 to 40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center of cake comes out with lumps and not completely clean.
- Let cool in the pan about 2 hours. Remove from pan and cut in squares.
MINI NUTELLA BROWNIES-4 INGREDIENTS

- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Use paper or foil liners in a 12-cup mini muffin pan.
- Add the Nutella spread and egg to a medium bowl and whisk until well blended. Whisk in the flour until well blended. (If you aren't adding any chopped nuts to the top of the brownies, the author suggests adding 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon to the flour).
- Spoon the batter into each prepared muffin tin (about 3/4 full) and sprinkle each with some of the chopped nuts.
- Bake for 11-12 minutes. Cool completely on a rack.

- Preheat oven to 350'F. Prepare 8"x8" baking pan with cooking spray. Set aside.
- Mix chocolate spread and eggs in a medium bowl until combined. Add flour and salt; mix until all is combined. Pour batter into prepared pan and spread evenly.
- Bake 20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
- Hint: Use a disposable plastic knife! It will cut through the brownies like butter and will not tear up the edges, even when they're hot!

- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Grease an 8-inch square baking pan or line with parchment paper.
- Melt butter, hazelnut liqueur, and chocolate-hazelnut spread together in a small saucepan over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until starting to bubble, about 5 minutes. Remove saucepan from heat and cool slightly.
- Whisk flour, cocoa powder, and salt together in a bowl.
- Beat white sugar, brown sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract together in a large bowl using an electric mixer until smooth and creamy; slowly mix in butter mixture until smooth. - Preheat oven to 350°F. Lightly spray an 8x8" baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
- Beat eggs on low speed in the bowl of a stand mixer fitted with the paddle attachment until combined. Add chocolate-hazelnut spread and beat until smooth. Add flour and salt and beat, scraping down sides of bowl as needed, until combined.

- Preheat oven to 350°F (177°C). Line the bottom and sides of an 8-inch or 9-inch square baking pan with aluminum foil or parchment, leaving an overhang on all sides to easily lift the brownies out of the pan when cool. (If using a 9-inch pan, the bake time will be a few minutes less.) Set aside.
- With a handheld or stand mixer fitted with a paddle attachment, beat the butter on high speed in a large bowl until smooth and creamy, about 1 minute. Add the brown sugar and beat on high speed for 1-2 minutes until creamed. Scrape down the sides and up the bottom of the bowl as needed. With the mixer running on low speed, add the eggs and vanilla extract. Beat on medium-high speed until combined, then beat in 1 cup Nutella and salt. Mix until smooth and fluffy. Scrape down the sides and up the bottom of the bowl as needed. With the mixer running on low speed, add the flour, mixing just until combined. Do not overmix. If using chocolate chips, gently fold them in.
- Pour the batter into prepared baking pan. Drop teaspoonfuls of the remaining 1/4 cup Nutella on top. Using a knife, swirl the Nutella into the batter. Top with a sprinkle of sea salt.
- Bake the brownies for 32-36 minutes. Keep your eye on them and test with a toothpick to determine doneness. If the toothpick comes out with only a couple moist crumbs, the brownies are done. The brownies may take a few minutes longer; all ovens vary. Mine took 36 minutes.
