  • Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add garlic and ginger and cook 1 minute. Add bok choy and soy sauce cook 3 to 5 minutes, until greens are wilted and stalks are crisp-tender. Season, to taste, with salt and black pepper.

3 tbsp sweet chili sauce
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp toasted sesame oil
½-1 tsp sriracha or sambal oelek, to taste
1 tbsp vegetable oil
2 green onions, sliced, white/light green separated from dark green parts, divided
1 cup bok choy, chopped
4 cloves of garlic, minced
2 packs of ramen noodles (any type you like) (**Discard seasoning packets)
Toasted sesame seeds & black sesame seeds, optional

Steps:

  • Make the sauce by combining the sweet chili sauce, soy sauce, sesame oil, and sriracha together then whisk until well combined; set aside until needed.
  • Stir fry the veggies, by heating the vegetable oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add the white parts of the green onion along with the bok choy.
  • Cook, stirring often, for 3-4 minutes. Add the minced garlic and cook, stirring constantly, for 1 minute.
  • While the veggies are cooking, cook the ramen noodles in boiling water until they begin to break apart and are slightly soft, about 1 minute.
  • Drain and place the noodles in the skillet with the stir-fried veggies.
  • Add the whisked sauce to the skillet and toss to combine. Cook for 2-3 minutes, tossing frequently until evenly coated.
  • Pour into a serving bowl and sprinkle the top with the dark green portion of the green onions along with the toasted sesame seeds. Serve and enjoy.

1 (8 ounce) can sliced water chestnuts, drained
3 cups sliced bok choy

Steps:

  • Melt 2 Saute Express® squares in 12-inch nonstick skillet over medium heat; add chicken. Cook, stirring often, 5 to 6 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through. Remove from pan; keep warm.

1 cup long-grain white rice
1 tablespoon canola oil
24 ounces boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch pieces
kosher salt and black pepper
4 heads baby bok choy, quartered lengthwise
1/4 cup low sodium soy sauce
1/4 cup store-bought barbecue sauce
4 scallions, thinly sliced

Steps:

  • Cook the rice according to the package directions.
  • Meanwhile, heat the oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Season the chicken with 1/4 teaspoon each salt and pepper and cook, tossing occasionally, until browned and cooked through, 4 to 6 minutes. Transfer to a plate.
  • Add the bok choy and 1/4 cup water to the skillet. Cover and cook until the bok choy is just tender, 3 to 4 minutes.
