Number Of Ingredients 8

Ingredients

500 grams ground beef
1/3 cup onions (chopped)
1 cup breadcrumbs
¼ cup ketchup
1/3 cup cubed cheese
½ or 1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper
1 egg

Steps:

Prepare a bowl and mix the beef, onions, breadcrumbs, salt, pepper, ketchup, cheese, and mix well.
Add an egg and mix well. The egg becomes an adhesive to keep the mixture sticky.
Take a spoonful and roll this into a ball. Smaller balls can cook faster.
Place these in a microwavable plate. Heat this in the microwave for 4 - 5 minutes. Microwaves have different temperature settings; make sure that the beef has changed to a light brown color inside before serving.
Drizzle with ketchup or tonkatsu sauce before serving.

Ingredients

1 lb ground turkey or 1 lb ground beef
1/2 cup Italian seasoned breadcrumbs
1/4 cup water
1/4 teaspoon dried basil
1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
1/4 teaspoon dried parsley
1 teaspoon garlic powder (or less)
1 egg
1 (28 ounce) jar spaghetti sauce
1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated
1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded

Steps:

Mix ground meat, bread crumbs, water, basil, oregano, parsley, garlic powder, and egg.
Form mixture into about 15 meatballs.
Put meatballs in a microwave safe baking dish.
Cover with spaghetti sauce and parmesan cheese.
Cover dish with plastic wrap and microwave at 70% power for 12 minutes.
Uncover; add Mozzarella cheese.
Microwave at 70% power for 1 to 1-1/2 minutes or until the cheese is melted.
