OUTBACK STEAKHOUSE MARINATED STEAK
Found this recipe in America's Most Wanted Recipes by Ron Douglas...there is already one posted but it is a little different and uses msg and this doesn't. It has a few more spices and is very delicious! Preparation time is also including the marinating and cooking time is to your doneness for grilling.

RICK'S STEAK SEASONING II
This one has a history. My DW, Sue, and I used to eat at Outback Steakhouse quite a bit. We liked their Outback Special and I attempted to get the spice mix recipe, but was unsuccessful. I made an stab at reproducing the taste and came fairly close. Then tragedy struck; I had a hard drive failure and somehow the steak seasoning recipe escaped the backups. Instead of trying to reproduce it I was determined to make it better without using seasoned salt that was in the original. This is the result. Please use it for your own enjoyment, but if you have a commercial interest in mind, please contact me first.

OUTBACK STEAK HOUSE WALKABOUT SOUP
Another copykat recipe from my book. The book says if you can boil water and slice onions you can make this soup (serves 4 as a appetizer).

Steps:
- Heat the water to boiling in a large pot. Add the bouillon cubes and dissolve.
- Cut the onion into thin slices, then quarter the slices and add to the broth.
- Add salt and pepper.
- Bring the mixture back to a boil. Turn down the heat and simmer uncovered for 1 hour while stirring.
- Sift the flour into the soup and continue to stir until smooth. Be careful when you stir so you do not tear the onions. As the soup continues to cook, any lumps should dissolve after 30 minutes of additional simmering.
- Add the cream and 1 cup of cheddar cheese; continue to simmer the soup for another 5 to 10 minutes.
- Serve the soup hot after sprinkling a tablespoon of each of the cheeses on top.

GRILLED MARINATED RIBEYES
These juicy steaks are a favorite meal of ours when we go camping. Let them sit in tangy, barbecue-inspired marinade overnight and you've got a rich and hearty dinner ready to grill up the next day. -Louise Graybiel, Toronto, Ontario

BEST STEAK MARINADE IN EXISTENCE
This is a family recipe that has been developed only over the last 5 years. In this short time it's made me famous in our close circle, but until now I've never shared it with anyone.

MELT IN YOUR MOUTH STEAK
This steak is very very delicious and juicy. My mother says I have spoiled her and swears it is better than the "Outback Steakhouse." If you like tender, juicy steak here it is. Prep time includes an hour for marinating. The longer the better!! If you want to decrease serving size it is not necessary to decrease amount of marinade.

Steps:
- Place thawed steak in a casserole dish fit to size of steaks.
- Sprinkle desired amount of meat tenderizer on one side of each steak and then, using a fork, fork the meat tenderizer into the steak very thoroughly (you cannot overdo it, the more the better!) Flip each steak over and repeat step 2 on other side of steak.
- Combine last seven ingredients in a separate bowl and microwave for 2 minutes.
- Pour mixture over steaks (the heated mixture helps the sugar dissolve and the meat soak the marinade up better but is not required).
- Marinate desired time however the longer the better.
- Put the steak on the grill and cook it how you like it.
- (I usually save the marinade and baste in while cooking, this keeps it extra juicy) Enjoy!
