MANWICH CASSEROLE
This is a really easy meal to throw together on a busy night. I usually have my hamburger already cooked up and in the freezer. Make your macaroni ahead and you don't have much to prep!

Steps:
- Brown ground beef, drain excess grease.
- Add Manwich and cook as directed on cans.
- Place macaroni and Manwich mixture in a 11 x 7 inch pan.
- Add 3/4 of your cheese and mix well.
- Add remaining cheese to cover top.
- Bake at 350°F for 30 to 35 minutes.

MANWICH STYLE CHICKEN ENCHILADA CASSEROLE
This Manwich Style Chicken Enchilada Casserole recipe is a quick and easy weeknight dinner recipe. Layers of cheese, chicken, black olives, and tortilla are topped with a spiced up sloppy joe sauce to create a unique dish the whole family will love!

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- In a saucepan, add the can of Manwich, water and chili powder. Mix well and bring to a boil.
- Simmer for 10 minutes.
- In a mixing bowl, add chopped chicken, 1/2 of the olives and 1/2 cup of the Manwich style enchilada sauce. Mix.
- Add a few spoonfuls of sauce to the bottom of a 2 1/2 qt. casserole dish.
- Add a layer of flour tortillas, tearing them into pieces to make them fit.
- Top with 1/2 of the chicken and olive mixture.
- Add 1/2 of the cheese.
- Top with another layer of tortillas.
- Add the other half of the chicken mixture. (Reserve the rest of the cheese for a little bit later).
- Top with a last layer of tortillas.
- Evenly pour the sauce over the top.
- Add the cheese and the rest of the olives on top.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until heated through and all the cheese on top is melted.

- Preheat oven to 350 degrees Ferenheit.
- Brown hamburger meat in skillet, drain.
- Add soup, milk, green chiles, and sour cream. Salt and pepper to taste.
- Heat tortillas in a skillet with a small amount of oil, drain on paper towels.
- In casserol dish, alternate layers of tortilla and meat sauce until all sauce is gone.
- Top with cheese and bake for 30 minutes.

- Combine first 8 ingredients in a bowl. Mix thoroughly.
- Pour about 1 cup of mixture into the bottom of an electric slow cooker on low heat.
- Spread evenly and top with 1 1/2 tortillas, cutting to fit pot.
- Spread 1/3 of remaining tomato mixture over top.
- Repeat layering process, ending with tomato mixture.
- Spread top evenly.
- Sprinkle with olives.
- Cover and cook about 5 hours.
- Serve hot.
