1/4 Cup fresh basil leaves
2 garlic cloves
2 green chilli, roughly chopped
1 teaspoon red chili flakes
1 teaspoon salt or to taste
1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup
2 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
1 tablespoon lemon juice

Steps:

  • In a blender combine mango pulp, chili, garlic, chili flakes, salt, honey or maple syrup, lemon juice, and olive oil. Blend to a smooth consistency. Taste and adjust the seasoning accordingly.
  • Garnish mango dip with diced mango pulp, red chili flakes, and cilantro.
  • Mango Dip is ready to serve.
  • Serve mango dip chilled or at room temperature with crackers or a snack of your choice. Store it in refrigerator for 5 - 7 days.

1 (30 ounce) can mango slices with juice
3 cups water, divided
4 (.25 ounce) packages powdered gelatin
1 cup white sugar
2 cups heavy whipping cream
2 tablespoons heavy whipping cream

Steps:

  • Drain mango slices, reserving 1/2 cup juice. Place mango slices and reserved juice in a bowl. Beat with an electric mixer until pureed.
  • Bring 2 cups water to a boil in a large saucepan. Add gelatin; stir quickly until dissolved. Pour in sugar and stir until dissolved. Add remaining 1 cup water. Remove from heat and let cool, about 5 minutes.
  • Mix pureed mango and 2 cups plus 2 tablespoons heavy cream into the water mixture; mix well. Pour into 8 dessert cups.
  • Refrigerate until set, at least 4 hours.

1 pkg. (8-serving size) JELL-O Mango Flavor Gelatin
1-1/2 cups cold mango nectar
4 oz. (1/2 of 8-oz. pkg.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened

Steps:

  • Stir boiling water into dry gelatin mix in large bowl at least 2 min. until completely dissolved. Stir in cold nectar. Remove 1-1/2 cups of the gelatin; set aside for later use. (Do not refrigerate.) Pour remaining gelatin into 8 individual dessert dishes. Refrigerate 1 hour or until set but not firm. (Gelatin should stick to finger when touched.)
  • Beat cream cheese in medium bowl until creamy. Gradually add reserved 1-1/2 cups gelatin, beating until well blended. Spoon over gelatin in dishes.
  • Refrigerate 2 hours or until firm. Store leftover desserts in refrigerator.

This is an appetizer that you can put together on a moment's notice with just two ingredients. But it tastes so good that it's hard to believe how easy it is to prepare! If it's too much work to blend the 2 ingredients, just plop the cream cheese on a plate & "frost" it with the chutney, and use it as a spread for crackers.

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a 9x13-inch baking pan.
  • Combine flour, butter, and confectioners' sugar in a bowl. Stir in macadamia nuts. Press half of the mixture into a 1/2-inch-thick layer on the bottom of the prepared pan to make the crust.
  • Bake in the preheated oven until lightly browned, 15 to 20 minutes.
  • Stir mangoes, white sugar, 1/3 cup water, and lemon juice together in a saucepan. Cook over medium heat until mangoes reduce by 1/3, 7 to 10 minutes.
