Steps:
- Combine flour, cocoa, splenda, and salt.
- Stir in applesauce, vanilla, and egg whites.
- Spray an 8 x 8 pan with cooking spray, spread the batter evenly in the pan, and bake in a preheated 325 oven for about 20 minutes, or until the edges are firm and the center almost set.
- Cool to room temp, cut into squares and eat.

- pre-heat oven to 400 degrees. spray with non-stick spray.
- In large bowl combine pumpkin with dry cake mix and stir well(NO OTHER INGREDIENTS ARE NEEDED)Spread into 9by13 inch pan and set aside.
- In small bowl, mix creamer with 2 Tablespoons with water. mix until well combined. Add cream cheese splenda and vanilla. Whisk until free of lumps.Spoon cheese mixture over brownie mix and with knife swirl back and forth and sideways. Bake 25 to 30 minutes.
HEALTHY LOW CALORIE BROWNIES
Steps:
- In a microwavable safe bowl add the honey
- Microwave 30-45 sec (or until liquid-y)
- Now add in the unsweetened cocoa powder and mix until combined
- Set that bowl aside and get out a larger bowl for your dry ingredients
- Add all dry ingredients to the bowl and combine well
- Set that bowl aside and bring back your honey mixture
- Add the rest of your wet ingredients to the honey mixture and mix until smooth and chocolatey
- Now pour the wet ingredients into the dry and combine all of the ingredients until smooth
- In an 8x8 baking tray add your batter and bake at 350 degrees | 177 Celsius for around 25 minutes
- Cool in the tray for about 5 minutes and then transfer to a wire rack to finish cooling

- Heat the oven to 190C/170C fan/gas 5 and line a shallow 23cm square baking tin with baking parchment. Tip the beans, cocoa, coffee granules, xylitol, vanilla, eggs and yogurt into a large bowl. Blitz using a hand blender until smooth. Or, do this in a food processor. Add the baking powder, then blitz again.
- Quickly tip the mixture into the tin and bake for 25-30 mins until set. Leave to cool in the tin for a few minutes, then lift out onto a wire rack to cool completely. Remove the baking parchment, then cut into 16 squares. Will keep chilled for up to three days.
