HOW TO FIX IT WHEN A LENOVO KEYBOARD IS NOT WORKING - LIFEWIRE

Restart your Windows computer. A fresh start can clear out temporary bugs that might be affecting your PC.
Run the Windows troubleshooter. Windows 10 has a built-in tool that can address minor problems. If it doesn't fix the keyboard, it can give you ideas for the next steps.
Update your Windows keyboard drivers. If the keyboard's drivers have somehow become corrupted, you can download the latest drivers from the Windows Device Manager.
Disable other keyboards. If you added an external keyboard, it could be causing conflicts with the built-in keyboard. Go to your Device Manager to make sure only the default one is enabled.

Connect a wireless keyboard to your laptop. While not technically a fix, using an external keyboard allows you to continue using your PC. Your Lenovo should support most Bluetooth and USB wired keyboards.
