Steps:
- Remove membrane on bone side of ribs.
- Place ribs in Instant Pot (or any electric pressure cooker). Add the cola and root beer. Seal and cook on regular pressure for 15 minutes (on Instant Pot this is manual at normal pressure. On any other pot it's 10 psi).
- Let pressure drop normally for 5 minutes, then release the pressure by opening the valve.
- While ribs are cooking, place all the sauce ingredients in a small saucepan and boil for about 5 minutes or until it's reduced by about 25%
- Put the cooked ribs (you can cut them in portions if you like) on a large baking sheet. Smother them with the sauce then pop them under a preheated broiler (about 3-4-inches from heat) for 5 minutes or until the sauce caramelizes.
- Serve immediately.

7-UP POT ROAST, CROCK POT STYLE
It's always an interesting proposition to take an item known for one use and try it in something else...This is a main dish recipe that has the added attraction of also being a crock pot recipe! You could even make the meal more interesting by serving 7-up to drink with it AND even surprise them with a 7-up cake for dessert! Now THERE'S a theme!

EASY CITRUS HAM
I created this recipe many years ago with items I already had on hand. Since then, it has become a family favorite. The ham is succulent with a mild citrus flavor. I was asked to share the recipe with a church social and there were so many raves, I knew the recipe was a winner! -Sheila Christensen, San Marcos, California

SUGAR FREE LEMON LIME " SODA POP " FOR KIDS
My kids used to help me make this when they were very young. It's a much healthier alternative to real pop. Enjoy!

Steps:
- Combine ingrediets for your marinade and pour over meat or veggies. Refrigerate for 1 hour or overnight.
- Heat small saucepan over medium. Add olive oil, garlic, and chili powder. Saute for about one minute. Add remaining ingrediets and combine. Simmer until your desired consistancy is reached.
- It is up to you how you bring the marinated ingredients and BBQ sauce together. You can use the grill, oven, or stove-top. I personally like to brown my country ribs on all sides then add the finished BBQ sauce to the ribs. I simmer with a lid on until the ribs are done.
- Enjoy!
