KILLER POTATO CASSEROLE
These killer potatoes are great with meatloaf or as an accompaniment with anything! They are killer because of their delicious combination of potatoes, soup, sour cream and cheese.

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
- In a large bowl combine the potatoes, sour cream, cheese and soup and mix well. Spread mixture into a 9x13 inch baking dish and top with crushed corn flakes.
- Bake for 75 minutes, or until cooked through and golden .

ADDICTING CHEESY POTATO CASSEROLE
This recipie has become a staple at all our holiday family dinners. Whenever we take a dish to a potluck, this is the one we take and is always a big hit with everyone. There is usually no leftovers, since everyone gobbles it up. You might want to double the recipie and save a bit of it for eating at home too, if you are making this to take to a potluck or dinner.

- You could add cracker crumbs, Durkees fried onions, or.
- bacon bits to top this as well.
- Mix diced hash brown potatoes, cream of chicken soup,.
- sour cream, diced onion, margarine in a large mixing.

KILLER POTATO SOUP
I've tried many potato soup recipes and most all of them have been pretty good. This one, however, it absolutely the best. It is truly a treat. All you need to go with it are some crusty rolls and a green salad and you have an excellent meal.

Steps:
- Place bacon in a large soup pot or dutch oven and cook until crisp. Drain off all but 1/4 cup of grease.
- Add celery, onion and garlic to bacon grease and cook until just softened. Be careful not to burn garlic. Add potatoes and toss in grease to coat.
- Add chicken broth. Bring to a boil, then simmer until potatoes are tender, stirring occasionally.
- Place butter in a small saucepan over medium heat. When melted, whisk in flour. Brown mixture, stirring constantly, for approximately 2 minutes. Add heavy cream slowly, while whisking constantly. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and continue whisking until mixture thickens.
- Stir cream mixture into the potato mixture. Gently stir in cheddar cheese and reserved bacon. Add salt and pepper to taste.
- Garnish with green onion and addtional cheese, if desired.

KILLER POTATO SALAD
This potato salad is crisp, creamy and delicious! To date, it's one of the best I've had...and I'm damn picky about my potato salads :) Hope you enjoy it as much as I have!

Steps:
- Prepare the bacon and eggs and set aside.
- Boil the potatoes and while the potatoes are boiling, prepare the rest of your ingredients. Dice the celery, red onion, dill (if using fresh), as well as all other ingredients.
- When the potatoes are done strain and peel of some (or all, if that's your choice) of the skins and toss into the bowl. Peel the eggs and dice. Dice the bacon and mix together.
- Taste and feel free to be more liberal with the mayonnaise and mustard, until desired moistness is reached.
- This is best made 24 hours you eat, as the flavors meld better. If you do this, add the bacon right before you serve, as it is awesome to have the crunch of the bacon.
