GRILLED KIELBASA AND VEGGIE KABOBS
A perfect summer recipe for Grilled Kielbasa and Veggie Kabobs.

Steps:
- Microwave potatoes on a microwave safe plate for 4 minutes.
- Assemble kielbasa and veggies onto kabobs.
- Place kabobs onto the grill over medium low heat. Rotate every few minutes and baste with dressing when they are turned.
- Take kabobs off when veggies are tender, between 20-30 minutes
KIELBASA GRILLED CHEESE

Steps:
- Whisk the sugar and vinegar in a large bowl until the sugar dissolves, then whisk in 2 tablespoons vegetable oil. Add the coleslaw mix and herbs, season with salt and pepper and toss.
- Heat the remaining 1 tablespoon vegetable oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add the kielbasa and cook until browned on both sides, 2 minutes; transfer to a paper towel-lined plate.
- Spread the mustard on the bread, then sandwich with half of the cheese, the kielbasa, jalapeno and the remaining cheese.
- Wipe out the skillet; add 1/2 tablespoon butter and melt over medium heat. Add 2 sandwiches and press another large skillet on top. Cook, pressing gently, until the bread is golden brown and the cheese melts, 4 to 5 minutes per side, adding another 1/2 tablespoon butter to the skillet when you flip. Transfer to a plate. Repeat with the remaining sandwiches. Serve with the coleslaw.

- Preheat oven to 400°. Divide sweet potatoes, onion and carrots between 2 greased 15x10x1-in. baking pans. Drizzle with oil; toss to coat. Roast 25 minutes, stirring occasionally., Add kielbasa, squash and zucchini to pans; sprinkle with salt and pepper. Roast until vegetables are tender, 15-20 minutes longer. Transfer to a serving bowl; toss to combine. If desired, serve with mustard.

KIELBASA & VEGGIES (GRILLED)
Ladies & Gents...The Kielbasa and veggies will absolutely melt in your mouth. I slow cook everything on the grill and wrapped in foil.

Steps:
- Spray oil on bottom of 8X 10 foil pan.
- Cut potatoes no more than 1/4 inch thick slices and place them in the foil pan.
- Cover with tin foil.
- Place on top rack of grill on low heat for 30 minutes.
- In the meantime, slice peppers in strips.
- Leave mushrooms whole.
- Slices onions to desired thickness.
- Remove potatoes after 30 minutes.
- Place all vegetables over the potatoes.
- Place Kielbasa over the veggies and refoil.
- Place on grill over low heat for 1 hour.
- Note: Feel free to add other veggies or increase/decrease what I have listed according to your taste. The same applies to seasoning. I use salt & pepper. Sometimes I add Oregano or Rosemary.

GRILLED KIELBASA WITH SAUERKRAUT AND ONIONS

- Preheat grill. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
- Cut kielbasa into 3-inch lengths and butterfly lengthwise. Place on hot grill and cook for 4 to 5 minutes on each side turning frequently, charring all sides. Remove from grill. Transfer kielbasa to a baking sheet and place in oven to cook for another 5 to 6 minutes.
- In a large skillet over medium-high heat, add butter and sugar. Allow sugar to cook to a golden brown color. Add onions and cook until caramelized. Stir in the sauerkraut and cook for 5 to 6 minutes until onions and sauerkraut are wilted and colored.
- Remove kielbasa from oven and cut into 1-inch pieces. Add to pan of sauerkraut and onions. Toss together and cook for 1 minute. Transfer to a platter, garnish with parsley and serve with Honey Mustard Dipping Sauce.
- In a small bowl, mix all ingredients until well combined.
GRILLED KIELBASA
Grill Kielbasa with fresh vegetables is an easy and delicious meal that is whipped up in 10 minutes, making it perfect for block parties and cookouts!

- Heat up grill to 350-375° over direct heat on a grill grate (you want those gorgeous grill marks) and prep the kielbasa.
- Make ⅛" cross hatch marks on the kielbasa.
- Cut the onions in half and brush with olive oil.
- Brush or spray the sweet peppers and Roma tomatoes with olive oil.
- When the grill is heated up, place the kielbasa and onions on the grill. Turn them over after five minutes.
- Add the sweet peppers and then add the Roma tomatoes when there is 3-4 minutes left. You are looking to char the sweet peppers and cherry tomatoes is all.
- Remove everything after the kielbasa is at 145-155° and the vegetables are nicely seared.
- Serve everything on a platter.
