Steps:
- In a pot that will comfortably hold all ingredients, brown sausage (1 inch pieces or smaller) with chopped onion.
- The more you brown them, the better it will taste.
- Don't worry about a little bit of charring.
- Toss in peeled, cut potatoes and cook slightly to coat potatoes with juices.
- Add enough water to not quite cover potatoes.
- Salt lightly.
- Cook until potatoes fall apart with fork and the liquid has thickened, stirring occasionally.

- Inside crockpot layer carrots, potatoes, cabbage with the kielbasa pieces on top. Pour either 1 1/2 Celsius water or chicken broth over the top. Cook on low for 8 hours. I've found that there is so much flavor in the kielbasa alone that I don't even need to use the chicken broth for flavor. The small amount of liquid makes everything perfectly moist, leaving an EASY, HEALTHY dinner for your family!

CROCK POT KIELBASA, SAUERKRAUT & POTATOES
I got this recipe from my sister-in-law. It is a family favorite. Very simple and easy to do yet has good flavor and tastes great.

Steps:
- Pour the large can or jar of sauerkraut, with juice, on one side of crock pot.
- Drain 2 cans of potatoes and put on other side of crockpot.
- Pour the other can of potatoes with juice inches.
- Cut up meat into small chunks and put on top.
- This must go for 10 hours on low (at the least) for the flavor of the meat to get to potatoes.
- I substitute large can of sauerkraut with my own homemade and substitute the potatoes with one quart jar of my canned potatoes with a little of juice.

- Peel the sweet potatoes and cut them into 1.5" chunks.
- Drain one can of pineapple.
- Peel and coarsely chop the onion.
- Cut the kielbasa into 2 inch pieces.
- Load into a 6qt crock pot sweet potatoes first, onions next, pineapple chunks and the juice from one can after that, then kielbasa on top.
- Pour Mr. Yoshida's evenly over the food.
- Cook for 3 hours on high and then another 3-4 hours on low.

Steps:
- Spray or grease a large crock pot. Do NOT forget to do this!
- Place thawed potatoes, sliced kielbasa, garlic, onion, carrots, celery, red bell pepper and butter in the crock pot.
- Sprinkle with the salt, pepper, parsley and Worcestershire.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the sour cream, flour, dry mustard and milk until smooth; pour into crockpot.
- Stir everything together.
- Cover and cook on low for about 6-8 hours (crockpot cook times vary).
- After cooking time is over, lift lid and stir in desired amount of sharp cheddar cheese until melted. Add extra milk, if needed, to get desired moistness.
