I love any thing that takes 5 minutes to make.... Cherry Cobbler and Hot Mocha Coffee....Yum!!!!!!

1 can(s) cherry pie filling or your favorite pie filling
1 pkg jiffy white cake mix
1/4 c margarine or butter, soften
1/2 c chopped nuts ( use walnuts)

Steps:

  • 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spread filling in a 8" square pan. Combine cake mix and nuts in bowl. Add margarine or butter and mixed until crumbly. Sprinkle on top of pie filling. Bake 40-45 minutes or until golden brown.

2 (19 ounce) cans peach pie filling
2 cups fresh blueberries (optional)
18 ounces yellow cake mix
1/2 cup butter, melted
1/2 cup nuts, chopped (optional)

Steps:

  • In a large mixing bowl; mix together peach pie filling and blueberries and spoon onto bottom of a prepared 8-inch baking pan.
  • Sprinkle cake mix over the top.
  • Drizzle melted butter over cake mix and sprinkle chopped nuts on top.
  • Bake in a preheated 350°F oven for 45 to 50 minutes, or until top is golden brown.
  • Variations:.
  • •Use apple pie filling and spice cake mix.
  • •Use blueberry pie filling and lemon cake mix.
  • •Use any pie filling combined with any cake mix.

1 stick butter
1 c sugar
1 c flour
1 c milk
2 Tbsp baking powder
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 can(s) fruit ( your choice of canned fruit in light syrup)

Steps:

  • 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • 2. Melt butter in 9x5x3 glass loaf dish(or small square baking dish).
  • 3. In a bowl combine Flour, sugar,baking powder, milk and vanilla.Pour this mixture over the melted butter.
  • 4. Arrange the can of fruit and it's syrup over batter.
  • 5. Bake until batter is brown (30 min).Batter will rise to the top making a cobbler.

cinnamon to taste
1 c biscuit mix
1/3 c milk

Steps:

  • 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • 2. Combine fruit and juice, tapioca and cinnamon in a 9 inch pie plate, set aside.
  • 3. Stir together biscuit mix and milk in a small bowl.
  • 4. Top fruit mixture with 6 equal sized \"mounds\" of biscuit dough.
  • 5. Place fruit mixture with the biscuits on top of the oven.
  • 6. Bake 25-30 minutes.
  • 7. Serve warm with fruit dished on top of biscuit.
