I have not tried this recipe. I got this recipe from Ossg Recipes. Orange Jello and Vanilla pudding is great. Strawberry jello and banana pudding is also good.

1/3 ounce sugar-free jello (1 package)
1/4 cup boiling water
1 3/4 cups cold milk
1 ounce sugar-free instant pudding mix (1 package)
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Steps:

  • In a small bowl, dissolve jello in water.
  • In another mixing bowl beat milk and instant pudding for 2 minutes. Slowly.
  • add jello mixture and vanilla and mix well.
  • Pour into a bowl of individual dish and chill until firm and cold.

1 pkg 6oz sugar free strawberry jello
2 pkg 8oz cool whip or 1 16oz tub

Steps:

  • 1. Dissolve jello in water.
  • 2. Add cool whip and mixed until blended. Mixture will be very runny.
  • 3. Poor into 10 cups or bowls. I used plastic cups so they could be thrown away after we ate them.
  • 4. Let set up in fridge for 8 hours.

1 tub (16 oz.) COOL WHIP Whipped Topping, thawed

Steps:

  • Add boiling water to gelatin mix in large bowl; stir 2 min. until completely dissolved.
  • Whisk in COOL WHIP until blended. (Gelatin mixture will be thin.)
  • Pour into 10 glasses or dessert dishes, 1-1/2-qt. bowl or 6-cup mold sprayed with cooking spray.
  • Refrigerate 8 hours or until firm. If using mold, unmold dessert onto serving plate just before serving.
