JANET'S TERIYAKI SAUCE OR MARINADE
This super easy and yummy teriyaki is SO good. We have raised our own beef for eons, but some cuts I just never knew how to cook. My friend put this together and shared it with me. Now, we've discovered the wonderful taste of London Broil, flank steak and the like...when they are properly prepared! The secret's in the SAUCE!

Steps:
- Bring all ingredients to a boil then cool. As a marinade, the longer the meat is marinaded, the tastier! Refrigerate if not going to be used immediately.
- I have used this recipe without boiling, as well, and it works great!

This is the sauce from a grilled salmon with teriyaki sauce recipe I found here. I liked the sauce and wanted to use it for other things, so I am posting it for safe keeping, and to get the nutritional value. Really good!

EASY TERIYAKI SAUCE/MARINADE
Don't be fooled by the small amount of ingredients to this teriyaki marinade this is very good! You can use lemon or lime juice in place or orange juice or for a milder taste just use water, if you are not a ginger-lover then you may omit the ginger, if you want a thicker sauce to cook chicken in just add in 1-2 tablespoons cornstarch to the ingredients and microwave for 3 minutes to thicken.
