1/2 teaspoon low sodium salt
1 1/2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
1/4 cup whey protein powder
1/2 teaspoon almond extract
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
3/4 cup Splenda Sugar Blend for Baking
1 1/2 cups unsweetened applesauce
1/2 cup Egg Beaters egg substitute
1 cup egg white
3 teaspoons egg whites
2 tablespoons lecithin granules
1/2 cup unsweetened chocolate chips
3/4 cup nonfat milk

Steps:

  • Makes 24 soft scone bisquits.
  • Use ice cream scooper.
  • to pour out to the circle.
  • size of a 2/3 cup scooper.
  • Bake 12 minutes at.
  • 375 Degrees.
