HOT TUNA AND EGG SALAD ROLLS
This recipe takes a tuna melt to a whole new level. Tuna salad mixed with cheese is piled into a hot dog roll and baked until warm and gooey.

Steps:
- Gather the ingredients.
- Preheat oven to 400 F.
- In a medium bowl, combine flaked tuna, cheese, chopped egg, mayonnaise, pickle relish, onion, sliced olives, if using, and salt; mix well.
- Spoon tuna mixture into hot dog rolls; wrap each roll in foil. Place foil-wrapped sandwiches in the oven.
- Bake for 10 minutes; serve hot.
- Enjoy.

- In a medium mixing bowl toss together shredded cabbage with carrot and tuna.
- In a small mixing bowl stir together mayonnaise or salad dressing and ranch or cucumber salad dressing.
- Toss salad dressing mixture with tuna mixture.
- Spread tuna mixture evenly on the four halves of the hoagie buns.
- Place on the unheated rack of a broiler pan.
- Broil 4 to 5 inches from the heat for 2 to 3 minutes or until heated through.
- Top with cheese.
- Broil 30 to 60 seconds more or until cheese melts.

- Preheat the grill on its highest setting. Drain the tuna, flake it into a bowl and mix with the spring onions and mayonnaise. Season with salt and plenty of freshly ground black pepper.
- Toast the bread under the grill until it's nicely browned on both sides, then spread the tuna mixture on top, right up to the edges of the toast. Scatter over the cheese and put back under the grill until the cheese is bubbling.
- Slice in half, sprinkle with paprika and tuck in.

- Spread 1 tablespoon of butter mixture on the inside of each hoagie bun.
- On the bottom of each hoagie bun, place one slice of meat, two slices of cheese then another slice of meat.

- Spread 1 tablespoon butter mixture on the top of each bun.
