Steps:
- Wash your salmon and pat dry. Set aside.
- Combine your teriyaki sauce, honey, soy sauce, olive oil, garlic, ginger, and wasabi in a tupperware. Mix well.
- Place your salmon in the tupperware so it's covered by the marinade. (If you don't have a large enough tupperware to lay your salmon flat, you can fold it. Just remember to turn it over after a few hours so it marinates all over.) Let rest in the fridge for 4 hours to overnight.
- Preheat your oven to 400°F.
- Remove your salmon from the marinade and place it on a baking sheet. Drizzle 2 tbsp of marinade over the top.
- Place your salmon in the oven for 15 minutes.
- Remove from the oven, brush with glaze. Place back in the oven for another 10 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and brush with more glaze.
- Place in the broiler on high for 2-3 minutes.

SUNNY'S EASY SALMON BOWL
Steps:
- For the salmon: Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with nonstick aluminum foil and set aside.
- Brush all sides of the fish with the olive oil. Sprinkle the flesh side of the fish with the bagel seasoning and drizzle with the honey. Place the fish on the prepared baking sheet skin-side down. Bake until it flakes easily, 10 to 15 minutes. Allow to come to room temperature.
- For the dressing: Whisk together the mayonnaise, lime juice, honey and wasabi in a small bowl. Set aside.
- For the bowl: Just be pretty. Start layering at the bottom of two bowls with the lettuce, then add the rice. Spritz with the juice from a lemon and lime wedge, then continue with the fish fillets in the center of each. Spritz again, then add the avocado, scallions, cilantro, mango and onion around the edges and spritz again with lemon and lime juice. Finally, drizzle with the dressing.
WASABI & HONEY GLAZED SALMON RECIPE - (5/5)

Steps:
- SAUCE: In a small saucepan over medium-high heat, stir together mirin, vinegar, soy sauce, honey, ginger and wasabi to taste. (Add the wasabi incrementally, tasting as you go.) Bring to a boil. Reduce the heat to medium and cook, stirring occasionally, until glaze thickens slightly, about 5 minutes (mine took closer to 10 minutes). Remove from the heat. My adaption to this recipe is that I prefer to sear and roast salmon in an oven-proof skillet. Preheat oven to 425°F. Lightly coat an oven-proof skillet with olive oil and heat on medium-high. Season the salmon with a little kosher salt & fresh cracked pepper. When the oil begins to shimmer, and just starts to smoke, add the salmon, skin side up. Sear, without moving it around for 3 to 4 minutes. Turn the salmon over, skin side down. Brush some of the glaze onto the salmon and then place the skillet of salmon into the oven for about 4 minutes. Spoon the remainder of the sauce over the salmon and serve hot.
THE BEST HONEY-GLAZED SALMON
This is the easiest, most flavorful honey-baked salmon that the whole family will be able to enjoy. It comes together in 30 minutes and only requires eight ingredients. Oh, and that honey-lime drizzle at the end is to die for - no one will judge you for slurping it down! Baking the salmon at a high heat not only quickens the cooking time, but also helps to crisp up the honey glaze and spice mixture that coats the fish.

Steps:
- Preheat the oven to 450 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil. Spray the foil with cooking spray if you plan on eating the salmon skin. (If you do not plan on eating the skin, you can skip this step.) Place the salmon fillets, skin-side down, onto the prepared baking sheet.
- Whisk together the honey, lime zest, and juice in a small bowl. Remove 2 tablespoons of the mixture to another small bowl and set aside. Brush the remaining honey-lime mixture over top of the salmon fillets.
- Combine the brown sugar, cumin, paprika, garlic, 2 teaspoons salt and a few grinds of pepper in a medium bowl. Press the brown sugar mixture all over the salmon (about 1 heaping teaspoon on each portion). Crimp all 4 sides of the foil to create a border around the salmon to help collect the juices so they don't spread and burn. Bake until the glaze is shiny and turning golden in some spots, and the salmon is firm and flakes easily when pressed, 10 to 12 minutes.
- Drizzle the reserved honey-lime mixture over top of the salmon just before serving.
WW HONEY-GLAZED SALMON WITH WASABI - 4 POINTS
This is out of the "Take-out-tonight" WW cookbook. It says you can use salmon steaks with this dish. Great served with a refreshing cucumber salad. It's easy to prepare, requires virtually no chopping and is ready in less than 20 minutes. Zaar would not accept Mirin (1st ingredient) so posted it in parentheses.
