2 jars (5 oz. each) KRAFT OLD ENGLISH Sharp Pasteurized Process Cheese Spread
1 tub (8 oz.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese Spread
1/4 cup KRAFT Real Mayo Mayonnaise
1/4 cup chopped roasted red peppers
2 green onions, sliced

Steps:

  • Beat first 3 ingredients in medium bowl with mixer until well blended. Stir in peppers and onions.
  • Refrigerate 1 hour.
  • Serve with assorted crackers and cut-up fresh vegetables.

Add some holiday cheer to your next party with this festive stocking-shaped spread that combines Neufchâtel-style cream cheese, herb goat cheese and sun-dried tomato pesto with a pine-nut decoration.

1 brick 1/3-less-fat cream cheese (Neufchâtel)
1 log Herb goat cheese
c. sun-dried tomato pesto
You also need: any shape cookie cutters (we used a 3 3/4-in. stocking cutter)
Decoration: pine nuts (pignoli)

Steps:

  • Mix cream cheese, goat cheese and pesto in a bowl until well blended. Cover and refrigerate until assembling.
  • Trace outline of cookie cutters on cardboard. Cut out; cover with foil or plastic wrap.
  • Shortly before giving, place cutters on covered cutouts and pack cutters with cheese spread. Decorate with pine nuts. Wrap with plastic wrap.
  • Refrigerate cheese mixture (Step 1) 2 weeks.You can also pack the spread in crocks.

Steps:

  • In a bowl, place softened cream cheese and mayonnaise. With a fork, blend until thoroughly combined.
  • Add shredded cheese, green onions and spices. Stir until well mixed.
  • Refrigerate at least 4 hours or overnight for flavors to combine. Serve with a variety of crackers or finger sized fresh vegetables.
