HIPPOCRATES HEALTH INSTITUTE SPROUTS SALAD
Fresh, organic, vegan salad contains all the protein, amino acids, and other great nutrition that fights cancer. Very simple and quick to prepare. I learned it from Executive Chef Ken Blue from the Hippocrates Health Institute. It is the core of the Program at the Institute, which together with green drinks, wheat grass, and bean sprouts form the diet to live without disease for life.

HIPPOCRATES HEALTH LIFESTYLE SPROUTED BEAN SOUP
This delicious vegan bean soup is my creation from what I learned at the Hippocrates Health Institute. It has no sugar, nor salt. And it can be spicy if you like that. On a cold winter day it is great with avocado and scallions. It's very simple to make.

- sprout organic kidney beans by soaking overnight.
- add in all ingredients.
- cook for 30 - 45 minutes.
- cut avocado in chunks.
- dice scallions.
- serve soup.
- add avocados and scallions.
