Steps:
- In a 5 to 6 qt. slow cooker, mix together Heinz 57® Worcestershire Sauce, Mustard, sugar, tomato paste and onion. Season with salt and pepper if desired. Add pork, turning until well coated. Cover and cook on low heat setting for about 8 hours, or until pork is tender, turning occasionally.
- To serve, remove pork from slow cooker. Pull pork into shreds using two forks. Return pork to slow cooker and stir until well mixed with sauce. Spoon about 3/4 cup onto your favorite sandwich buns and serve immediately.
- TIP: If preferred, cook on high heat setting for about 4 hours, or until pork is tender, turning occasionally.
HEINZ 57® COPYCAT
Someone left the bottle empty in the fridge (well, just a few drops is the same as empty). I had just enough to copy it, then when I brought a sample to my unsuspecting taste-tester, he liked mine better than the original! I washed my Heinz 57® bottle, multiplied this recipe to fill 'er up, and haven't bought another name brand since. Hope you like it!

HEINZ 57 CHICKEN
This recipe was on the back of a bottle of Heinz 57 Sauce years ago and I lost the recipe. It recently popped back up in an Ore Ida ad for their grillers. The chicken is so easy and tastes so good, so I'm putting it in Food.com for safe keeping.

HEINZ 57 PORK CHOPS
Made this recipe for my BF, he loved them. So tasty and easy to make. I just wanted something quick and had Heinz 57 on hand, so that's how I came up with it. If you line your baking pan with aluminum foil clean up is a breeze.

SPECIAL MEATLOAF WITH HEINZ 57 SAUCE
My grandmother shared this recipe with me many years ago. It's been our family favorite ever since. I generally use very lean ground beef and it's still nice and moist. Wonderful left over on sandwiches! Although meatloaf is enjoyed throughout the entire U.S., this version gives credit to the region where Heinz 57 became a household word - the Mid-Atlantic region.
